I still don’t have mine, but will hopefully be getting him soon. :) My question is, when he sleeps throughout the night on his home station… is he just sleeping or is he also charging the battery all night? Great to see you are finding my EMO videos informative, I try and provide as much iinfo as possible ^_^ With regards to EMO sleeping at night he will also be charging his battery as well. EMO’s battery will always be kept at max whilst he is on his charger (home station or stakeboard). Hope this answers your question. Thanks ^_^

My Emo doesn't connect after the latest iPhone app update. I just get Finding Emo... screen but that's it. I don't get a connect button. I also have not received any information about the new home station. I have 2 which I ordered mid last year 2022.
Hi B9Bot Sometimes this might happen. It's recommended do the following: 1) Power off EMO. Leave him OFF. 2) Turn off Blutooth on your Phone 3) Power Off your Phone 4) Power your phone back on, then turn Bluetooth back on 5) Test your phone's connection to the Internet (browse or use google search). 6) Power EMO back on (wait for EMO to back on then ask him a simple question like what time is it). 7) Start up EMO APP, see if your Phone can now see EMO, then click on the Connect button. Normally this should work. As its mostly a connection to bluetooth issue. Hope this helps ^_^

Yes, that is also possible if you have auto updates enabled in the settings>Preferences ^_^
I cant customomize EMO's screen i dont know why
If you are trying to customise EMO’s Home Station screen. That option is not yet available. It might be available in future updates.
