*I just realized that Aftermath and On the Beach At Dusk share leitmotiffs.* The song you hear right before you say goodbye in the first game shares notes with the song you hear in the beginning of the next game right before you meet, that's next level theming right there.
AND you hear the same motif in "A New World" connecting how you see the setting sun in the beginning, and then the rising sun at the true ending of the game.
Good catch my dude. What keys are they in? Cause they sound to be in different keys. Maybe there’s significance there…

I know I always heap praise onto these, but dang it, its always deserved. This song's one that's really special to me, one I come back to a lot when I'm feeling stressed out. You really nailed the peaceful vibe. Takes me back to when I booted the game up for the first time as a kid.
I could listen to this for hours and not get tired of it.

It's been a while now since I've been playing Explorers of Sky, probably a few months now (yeah, I replay and replay all mystery dungeon and almost every mainline-game at least once a year, don't judge me 🤣)
So thank you so much for this beautiful work and also for reminding me of how it all started to make me love that game more than every other game I've ever played in my life. ❤️

I can't believe it... Our tale is coming to a staring close soon...
We know where he and his 2nd hand is... And when we do find them I really need to look them in the eye... I just hope he can accept why
what Timeflame had to do... Oh! I need to rewind up back up a bit do I? Apologies!
It all started when when our pack was travelling across the Hollowed Fields and just seeing how deprived of life these plains has become.
When all of a sudden Rinstone saw a familiar glow ahead of us...
Rinstone: 'That glow... It's the same glow as the Platlock's first shrine! We must be near it! We must make haste!'
Loke: 'Agreed! That's the shrine we are looking for! Move it!'
As we ran towards the light... It dimmed for us to witness a set of ruins with a similar mechanism to the one found in the Highland.
But there was more than just than this shrine has at first glance... And to write the following events down in this letter is somewhat of
an understatement...
Ash: 'Ok there's another tablet near this device... I'm going to guess this is something completely different compared to
that.. thing back in the sky? Mario if you mind?'
Mario: 'Already read it snappy. According to this text this shrine is what is known as a 'Telelock Post'. It apparently can do some kind of
ritual in which 'one shall listen to sprit's calls and emotions for a brief time'. Whatever that means...'
Typic: 'I'm willing to bet that this is a communication post of some kind... Shall I do the honours?'
Loke: 'Do it quick Leader... I've got a real bad feeling about this place...'
I placed the Platlock in the shrine's socket and It started to shine bright once again and then the pillars surrounding the device
started to glow from the bottom to their peaks. But then the worse happened to us once more...
Rinstone: 'Looks like it's gonna take a little bit to charge up from the Platlock's remaining energy. I suggest we keep a eye out
for any traces of the masses.'
Typic: 'Could've said it better myself! Although we are pretty far out... You think some die hard exploration teams are walking on
every kind of terrain to find us?'
Rinstone: 'Huh... I forgot about that.. all the more to keep a lookout for the hunters...'
Ash: 'Uhhh guys! Is it just me or do I see a large dust cloud heading our way!?'
The pack turned around and we witnessed a large dust cloud coming towards us. And inside that cloud was... A crowd of Pokemon!
And to make it even worse... They bared the Guild's banner behind their back!
Loke: 'Multiple exploration teams! They have been following us! We're dead meat!'
Typic: 'We are not dead meat you crook! I'm standing front and centre and telling them why we are all the way out here!'
'They need to know we are saving them... Their leader will be saved no matter what!'
Rinstone: 'Are ya NUTS!? They are here to kill or capture us for our bounties! Reasoning is off their mind Typic!'
Typic: 'Only one way to find out team! March onwards!'
As we stepped away from the shrine the dust settled off the hunters and as we drew to a stop... So did they... and then they spoke...
EXM: 'Man you bunch of lairs are in for it now after coming all this way from town Timeflame! Now stand down and we make your punishment
less... hurtful.'
Typic: 'Ah! The thrill of the chase has weathered you good friend. I do not wish to cause anymore blood on either side but
I'm trying to do the right thing for everyone. And so I nor my team are not moving from this shrine!'
EXM: 'What a lot of hogwash you so called leader! You only want to run away from your crimes! Now stand down we won't
bloody ask you again!'
Typic: 'I'M NOT A COWARD YA HEAR ME! THE GROUP KNOWN AS TIMEFLAME ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING! IF
YOU THINK WE ARE THE BAD GUYS GO RIGHT AHEAD! JUST KNOW YOU'RE KILLING YOUR ONLY SAVIOURS!'
EXM: 'We're just had ENOUGH of your lies Typic! Off with their HEADS!'
The hunters charged at us like prey and as the team cowered together I stood strong against the horde...
I closed my eyes for what seems the last time before the blood is spilled... But then the Telelock shined behind us and
started to do the impossible that even the horde stopped dead in their tracks to witness...
Rinstone: 'The shrine! It's charged! This is why we came this far out hunters!'
Typic: 'Wait... I can hear a voice... It sounds like the voice of... the Guildmaster?!'
EXM: What did you just say?! The Guildmaster is speaking to you!?'
Then a spirit which took the form of the Guildmaster appeared out of the Platlock and It opened it's eyes and saw our
dumbfounded faces.... Then It started to spoke...
Guildmaster: 'Typic? Timeflame? Is that really you? Please tell me I'm not dreaming...'
Typic:' Guildmaster... I... I'm... No... we are both happy and scared to see you again even as a spirit... I'm so sorry... for everything...'
Guildmaster:'Can't believe it's really you... But... I don't want to see you frown upon yourself... It's not your fault you had to make that lie...'
Typic: 'Wah? What are you trying to get at? I sent you and the 2nd Hand to God's knows where... What do you mean' 'Not my fault'?'
Guildmaster: 'I knew you were lying... I could tell from your face... You didn't want us to take your riches...'
'You lied because you wanted nobody apart from your team to follow you because you didn't want anybody close to you like me
for example to die in a unknown environment and have the guilt of sending that loved one to a death you caused.'
'It;s my fault your team had to suffer this kind of guilt... It's my fault Treasure Town turned on you like outlaws... I'm... so sorry..'
Typic: 'I see... I will forgive you just like how you forgiven my lies... Thank you... for giving Timeflame another chance...'
'But where have you ended up? I only wish to do the right thing for everyone... Please you must know...'
Guildmaster:'I can tell you one thing. I'm far out west of wherever you lot are. In some kind of stronghold...'
'There should be a road out when you come out of those fields... across a beach and across a frozen forest...'
'Please... I'm so... scared... I don't want to lose y-'
Before she spoke again the spirit vanished and went back into the Platlock to which the relic popped out of it's socket
and fell into the hand of Ash who along the rest of the pack was dumbfound.
The masses turned to the pack once more and said...
EXM: 'Listen... All of us want to apologise... For chasing all of you like crooks. We didn't realise you didn't want speak
the truth because you worry that any single folk you loved will disappear like the Guildmaster...'
'We are taking your bounties off the wanted board and calling off the hunt. Please... find our leader by any means necessary.'
'We will be heading back to town... Go get them Typic.. Farewell...'
And so the horde left the shrine and marched east and we were once again alone.. Timeflame came to me and said...
Rinstone: 'I'm... speechless... Everyone even the Guildmaster has forgiven us. I guess that's what happens when you are close
with so many good folk like them.'
Ash: 'Typic... I wanted to say this for a long time... I will always be through thick and thin with no matter what. Right Mario?'
Mario: 'Indeed Ash. I will stay by his side until the flame on the candle is blown out.'
Loke: 'Typic I'm proud how you stood your ground when we all cowered. And now what shall be the call?'
Typic: 'Let's get our leader back... Onwards Timeflame!'
And so we stood out of the shrine with Ash putting the Platlock back on my neck and started marching west of the Hollowed Fields...
It's been 3 hours since those events took place... We're making good progress since we are travelling along the beach the Guildmaster
mentioned. I just hope he and the 2nd Hand are going to be okay...
I have spent all throughout the night writing this letter to you... The sun is rising on the mirrored sea... It's so beautiful...

Man oh man On The Beach On Dusk... Where do I begin with this track...
My personal favourite track of any Mystery Dungeon game to date. Want to know why?
It's the flair of an adventure which is about to unfold thank to the soothing sea and a poor soul who has lost his way...
That's what I picture when I think of this track. What about you? What do you think when you hear those opening notes?

Same here Drazor... Hey I want to get something off my mind...
Ever since I created Timeflame back on the Northern Desert I wanted only one thing for these stories...
And that is to create a expedition team that not only go through thick and thin to complete their journey but to
make ya laugh, cry and everything in between.
And this platform allows me to share my tales and letters to many folks of different statures.
And to you personally. I want to make stories that you enjoy personally.
As along I'm by your side I shall tell tale after tale of a expedition team that's doesn't run by the Guild's rulebook.
And heck if i'm good enough at coding one day, I could make ROMS of all my tales I have written...
Now that would be a real surprise don't you think?
