He didn't care to read the user manual before recording the video. The live video feature is the same as any other Thermal camera imager, what counts when troubleshooting is the Picture. This device has more resolution because of uses the smart phone camera as imager capture but it needs to be correctly setup to have the right results. Again, he gets this for free open it, and hit record.
