i was diagnosed vata-pitta, but that didn’t seem right as i have so many kapha traits and disturbances as well. a lot of basic info on the doshas said that tridoshic people are balanced. i feel the opposite - my balance is easily upset in ANY direction! i feel tears of grief and relief figuring this out about my body (and mind and soul). thank you 🙏🏻

Being tridoshic, I feel like I’m 3 different extremes. I used to go as far as feeling like I have 3 different personalities. Learning to trust my body and allow myself to try keep an array of different foods, herbs, etc so my body has knowledge to eat based on feeling. I HAVE to have time alone to wake up and routine for my kapha. I have to have healthy mental stimulation. Play guitar, sing, write, read, socialize for my vata and kapha. I have to trust when I need intense movement and make conscious effort to keep routine and practice positive affirmations, breath of fire, for my pitta! And allow myself to feel and cry! I used to feel like the elements within me were at war. And when I’m out of balance it very much is. Knowing I’m tri doshic now makes so much sense. The lifestyle for it is strict at first I feel…but once you feel and keep the intuitive connection with self and consciously try to accept and love all aspects, it is freeing.
