Whenever I enter intense presence, as thoughts try to grab me, I say to myself 'Let Go!' I've seen so much now, I don't have pleasant thoughts 'pop' in, I get the raw real, no filter at all. It's been a rough ride but I have been granted the power to let go; the power of love without conditions, pure love. Pure love accepts all without filter. Now, envision that all is one, that includes ALL the nasty. The nasty comes to the fore and must be let go of, else one becomes a heap of uselessness. The same goes for the nice, all must be allowed to pass for one to become the peace of pure loving awareness one is. Thank you 💖

I suffered badly from intrusive from thoughts for a few years but thank God they happen much much less now days 🙏. None of us can chose our thoughts but thinking about them, or not, is a choice. Practice makes perfect and the less attention we give to the intrusive thoughts the lass often they happen. Simple, but simple doesn't always = easy, but something will click and from that moment on things will get better and better and easier and easier, promise 🙏🙏🙏

@@ruthjenkins9562 There is nothing to envy. It's just a process one must go through when you dissolve your Ego. The more you accept it the easier it becomes, the more you rebel the more pain and frustration you will endure. You're at exactly where you need to be so just enjoy the present moment. Everyday will get lighter, I have faith in you.

Thanks for sharing your amazing experience. Is your "Awakening" mainly free of thoughts? or it makes you aware of the truth of life as illusion? or did you see any spirits or energy fields in the process? How did you dissolve your ego or achieve Awakening state?

    • @jamescadzow9545
      @jamescadzow9545 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@@tiuticcarefreelife974 Yes, I'm completely free of thought. Throughout my life I was never an excessive over thinker mainly because I always expressed my thoughts openly versus repressed them like most humans do. Repression is a sign of weakness and only leads to depression, expression is a sign of strength and it leads to healing and a clear lucid mind. Yes, during my process I did go through a long testing period where I would notice different humans auric fields whether they were light or dark. I can see energy and vivid colors hovering around certain human it was so intense. The dark energy fields were extremely petrified of my presence and the light energy fields wanted to spend time with me it was quite fascinating to say the least.
I had a wonderful and adventurous childhood and two amazing parents but I always migrated more towards my mother because she was always open and expressive with her feelings and thoughts. My father always repressed his thoughts and mainly kept to himself because his father taught him that way subconsciously throughtout his actions. My mother was my best friend and even though she had no clue what I was going through during my awakening she was so fastened by my daily strories. When she died I miraculously healed within 7 days from her loss, it was truly a miracle in itself how I handled the situation that I envisioned would be so dreadful. I was truly blessed to have her in my life for 45 years.
My father was my best spiritual teacher because he had the largest Ego at that time in my life. After my mother had passed his life he was in complete disarray and I did my best to help him find peace. I could see the universe put us together for a reason. Everyday our conversations became deeper and more challenging but he seemed to appreciate becoming lighter and more free of thought. He lived for another 3 years after my mother died and cried every day. This was a man who never cried until the day he lost his wife.
During our conversations and on a daily basis I can see my Ego rise to the surface and I noticed it and I was training myself how to dissolve it bit by bit. It wasn't an easy process but eventually I got through it because the universe constantly tests you in every situation so everyone around you becomes your spiritual teacher. I noticed light energy would be fascinated by me and dark energy would fear me. It's still like that to this day but not so intense.

Thanks for the beautiful ideas - " the more you accept it the easier it becomes, the more you rebel the more pain and frustration you will endure" - for me it means the more you accept presence, the easier it becomes - the more you allow yourself to be present (without thought) the easier it becomes - I've definitely noticed that thought can really interfere with me being fully present - as Eckhart put it it's much nicer to be aware than to think!🙂

Thank you! I appreciated this question so much & Eckhart’s explanation. I remember as a teen, riding in a car with a few friends some distance. Some were tired. It got quiet in the car. One girl asked me what I was thinking about right now. I replied, “Nothing.” She answered back that’s impossible, because everyone is always thinking all the time. I told her I wasn’t thinking until she asked me the question. :)
When I do think about it, I was just looking out the car window as the forest of trees were going by, but that was it. I wasn’t thinking about the trees. My companion is the talker and loves to read sign ads & building names out loud as he’s driving for some reason. One thing I do love about him is that he’s great for starting conversations in a new group, whereas it takes me awhile to warm up.

Just presence and awareness use thoughts to justify the subject's existence to himself. The object outside causes the subject intuition through awareness to give him the appropriate thought that explains the reality of the object. The correct explanation of what Eckhart talk about is not "not thinking" but thinking without emotionally connecting with those thoughts. The emotional connection causes those hooks to appear. Its because thoughts are not individual but emotions are. The whole awareness of someone's existence is in his thought when its intuitively perceived.

Psychology says we have over 60K thoughts per day, 95% of them subconscious.. thoughts elicit emotions (Energy in MOTION) that are habitual in nature bringing your past into your present awareness which creates your future reality and hence you have predictable patterns with predictable outcomes..
so by practicing presence and reducing the thoughts you’re no longer perpetuating past patterns into the future in the same degree but rather you are stilling your mind so that the voice of Spirit (or God, or your higher self) has an easier time getting through to you to raise your consciousness.

Wherever there are people to think, there are people to accept the result of thought.
There is nothing either good nor evil but thinking maketh so.
    Thanks for being here 🌻

The other morning, I woke up with my mind very quite. Not sure why but it was really nice. Now, the last few days I have been mentally beating myself up a bit. I wish I knew why. I feel like if I silence the voice that is critiquing me, then I am not be responsible. I love being calm in the mind but I have a tendency to beat myself up. OR , I wonder if I am F- up and need to have these thoughts??
I think my thinking mind took over my typing 😂
    So grateful for Eckart🙏

You better make that presence fierce hunny, I live for him saying when the time calls for it your presence can be fierce and sharp like a sword.

in Hindu teachings there is "the sword of discrimination",
      used to discriminate
between what is real, God, and the illusion of the ego mind, or Maya..

but isn't that a thought & belief that ur temporarily identifying with?
if u go into feeling ur energy body, it's like a dual acting dimmer switch,
as feeling presence deepens, thoughts get more illusive, distant & faint..so ur not wrestling with ur thinking,ur just
directing ur attention & deepening awareness..

It takes a lot of work and thinking to keep from working and thinking. 😊 Seriously, I understand exactly what he described as the thought just comes and quickly goes away because he does not follow it or expand it more than a quick puff. Then it's gone. No dwelling on a thought. It lasts a second, maybe.

I love love love Eckhart. You can say I'm a Tollist. I believe he ws a very spiritually advanced person in many lives - may have even been the 13 th century Eckhart - but didnt reach enlightenment. It happened in this life. In Buddhism we say there are four stagres towards enligfhtenment, and in each stage one loses a slew of defilements. I believe, he reached the fourth stage that day when he had his awakening. Id love to know about emotions; does he ever feel angry? I doubt it. Because that deffilement too is gone when one reaches the third stage I think. So this is his final life , lucky man. His energyh will remain as part of 'god."

It is not difficult nor does it take time to achieve.. On the contrary, it can be done right now as you read my message. From moment to moment you have the ability to choose whether you will follow the thought that came to you or whether you will stay in the now with less on your mind
    Right now

Had to laugh at the call of this video but of course I understood what it was about. Well, Eckart only meant he is a human with intense and long practicing of presence during his journey, with great results, however not free from challenges as well.

I’m aware of my automatic and associative thinking which as you indicate, I catch myself with emotional arousal. I consider the underlying psychodynamic and do the work to disentangle myself. When stuck I engage my unborn mind to do the work that is beyond my ego’s limitations. I experience progress. ( lots of I’s and me’s…work in progress:)
