- This is my visit to the D & J Thrift Shop in Orange, Virginia. The store is about 80 miles from my house. I made a special trip because the shop is closing August 31. Jeff, the owner, is retiring and another people are taking over. I wanted to say goodbye to the staff and visit one last time.
