Thai steamed fish (pla neung manow)

Hello,
The recipe for Pla Neung Manow, a delicious steamed fish drizzled with spicy sauce. It is an iconic dish of Thailand and it is very easy and quick to make.
for fish 2 to 4p
-1 bar / Sea bream / hake
-3 tbsp fish sauce
-4 tbsp lime juice
-5 to 8 cloves of garlic
-1 stick of lemongrass
- coriander
-Chinese celery
- fresh chili
- smoked pepper (optio)
-2 tsp coconut sugar / palm
