I'd love to see a trip around NY city where you point out some iconic film locations, prolly not easy to do (as you'd have to know where they are), but would be fun.

Thanks for watching and welcome back Too Late! I've played around with the speed overlay that Insta 360 has but I'm not a huge fan of the way it looks. I may add the speedometer app or change the display to make it easier. As for motor power, S73 unfortunately doesn't have an app where I can show that. On the Nami, however, we can see the motor output on the dashboard cluster and the speed is much more readable. I appreciate the input and will try to find ways to implement it in the future videos!

Souther California is a place I would LOVEEEE to ride. I watch all the S73 videos from the LA and the esk8 videos from San Diego and it's a vibe that I'm totally down with. I grew up spending some of my summers there at my mom's place in Redondo and with my cousins in La Jolla so SoCal always has a place in my heart!

I wanted to tell you... I added the new Chibatterysystems Ranger to my RX Mojave. That's in addition to the original Ranger battery. So, I'm rocking 3 batteries simultaneously now. ⚡️7️⃣3️⃣😎 I'm getting 50+ mile rides at full speed with 30% percent left when I get home.
nicceeeeeeee... That's absolutely insane type of range that you're getting with that triple battery setup! I almost wish that I had longer commutes so I could have an excuse to upgrade the battery again lol. How're you holding up on those longer rides? I find that my body gives out before the bike does on anything over 40+ miles lol
@eyebahnrides I bought a Kanebilt seat and it helps a lot! The biggest thing that I've done is put a bag on the tail rack. So now all the heavy stuff is off my back and on the bike. That was huge. My lower back doesn't hurt as much now.

There's always random kids, animals, tourists, cyclists, vehicles and cops in there. Last thing I want to be in is one of those "Instant Karma" meme videos where the guy tries to smoke another person on the road and theres a cop waiting around the bend lol. Yeaaaa, NYC is super hilly as you start making your way up town. If you look at the elevation chart at the bottom of the Relive Recap, you'll see some of those hills are as high as the bridges in NYC with a steeper grade. That's why I'm usually torque over top speed with my PEV's because top speed is more for bragging rights between PEV nerds while torque has daily application!

Question: I have the insta 360x3 as well. Have you figured out a way to record a complete video all the way through or are you still merging 30 minute recordings together? Are you using the insta 360 studio desktop app or mobile app or another app? Still trying to work out the details so I can upload more often.
Thanks for watching Decosta! I’m always stitching together 29 minute clips. It’s one of the things that breaks the immersion on rides like this 🥲. I’m hoping to upgrade the camera to a DJI in the future. I use the desktop because it’s easier for me to have easy access to all the settings and tools. It’s definitely a learning process to learn how to use. A year later I’m still learning how to maximize the camera because I’m not a professional videographer or video editor lol I learn as I go here on TH-cam😅

Thanks for watching Juan, appreciate ya! I want to preface the statement I'm about to make with I'm a huge fan of both the Surron and the RCR. I wish I could own them both with out any issues. With that in mind, I'm not surprised by the Surrons since they've always been "illegal" because they were more like mini dirt bikes rather than a class 2- class 3 ebike. I know people like to argue that it's an ebike but non of that "class 4 technicality" is going to matter if it's just going to be confiscated and impounded. Across the country, law enforcement have been catching on and slowly going after the Surrons. I'm more surprised about the RCR since the pedals actually work. It is in that legal grey area, since it can technically operate as a class 2-3 ebike. With the RCRs I think it's just going to come down to luck because it's going to rely on if the officer you encounter at a checkpoint wants to be an ass and give you a hard time.

I enjoy a bit of craziness every now and then lol) ! Yea, Central Park is huggeeee and it's tough to ride on fixed gear bikes because the hills get really intense as you head uptown. Yup you def heard that right. We're starting to see NYPD really crack down on these "Emotos" disguised as ebikes. There's also growing concern with a loud minority for regulations because there are alot of people riding stupidly and recklessly in the city. Every time a pedestrian is sent to the hospital, it only gets worse. It's a shame because this type of congested city really needs to embrace alternative transportation, however, there are alot of people in a densely populated area like NYC and that means there will always be crazy ass people doing stupid things to ruin it for normal people that just want to get around
@@eyebahnrides My state introduced regulations for E-Scooters about a year back because too many people were having accidents. The majority of accidents were drunk club-goers on rent-a-scooters, often with 2 people riding, no helmets. The regulations didn't stop those types of accidents from happening though. I frequently see the same things happening to this day. And sadly the PEV owners get blamed for the things that the rent-a-scooter people do. Touch wood the regulations don't get worse than they are now. On a brighter note, have you considered forming a discord group for your channel? Would be cool for subscribers to share info with you and vice versa.

Thanks for watching! The dual battery is supposed to double the range from 30-35 miles to 60-70 miles. However, my body gives out before the bike does lol. Longest ride I’ve done is 45 miles.

13:00 Congestion pricing will hurt small businesses the most while the big businesses will continue bringing in commercial vehicles without a care in the world. Seems like another way to profit off the already struggling middle class of nyc and Long Island since those people rely on manhattan highways to get to Jersey. I think what they should do is get rid of congestion pricing plans and target all the bike lane blockers, bus lane blockers, double Parkers and overall bad drivers with more expensive fines because they are the ones causing congestion. More importantly, they need to crack down on fare evasion since this whole scheme is done by the MTA to make up for millions of losses from fare evasion.
yea man I completely agree with you. I know this sounds like the conspiracy theorist's speculation, but the timing is just too perfect. Landlords pushing hard to ban PEVs, the NYPD's more active attempts to "go after PEVs", along with media just constantly talking about every accident/ fire non stop are all too perfectly timed with the push to use MTA more and the roll out of the congestion pricing. People like to say that NYC is in the pockets of electric manufacturers. I beg to differ. This city is in the pockets of fossil fuels and the Landlords...

Thanks for watching Billy! Absolutely. Especially when it's the most efficient way to get around! I just hope technology gets better with the batteries the city does a better job of shutting down these chop shops that sell the low quality batteries and do work on them
I was in the market for an e bike recently. Non UL certified e bikes won’t even ship to NY anymore

13:00 Congestion pricing will hurt small businesses the most while the big businesses will continue bringing in commercial vehicles without a care in the world. Seems like another way to profit off the already struggling middle class of nyc and Long Island since those people rely on manhattan highways to get to Jersey. I think what they should do is get rid of congestion pricing plans and target all the bike lane blockers, bus lane blockers, double Parkers and overall bad drivers with more expensive fines because they are the ones causing congestion. More importantly, they need to crack down on fare evasion since this whole scheme is done by the MTA to make up for millions of losses from fare evasion.
yea man I completely agree with you. I know this sounds like the conspiracy theorist's speculation, but the timing is just too perfect. Landlords pushing hard to ban PEVs, the NYPD's more active attempts to "go after PEVs", along with media just constantly talking about every accident/ fire non stop are all too perfectly timed with the push to use MTA more and the roll out of the congestion pricing.
People like to say that NYC is in the pockets of electric manufacturers. I beg to differ. This city is in the pockets of fossil fuels and the Landlords...
