Actually , I got a objection that is ""You are required to confine the mark as there is a difference between XXXXXXXX and DEVICE. Please clarify which mark you want to be registeredby filing TM-M. On compliance of the same your fill will proceed further for examination." when I was submitted the application with logo & Name . So, please suggest how I reply from TM-M

Hello i have applied for trademark registration under device category.It has been a month from filing of application and it is showing status formalities chck pass ..My query is can i use the logo of my company ,? Or it can be used only after the approval process is full completed.

Yes, you can use the mark (even with the term TM which implies that you have applied for registration of your mark).
For 2nd qstn-- There should not be a problem. If there will be an issue, Trademark Office will issue objection report, you can work on it at such time.
