TM symbol actually has no legal meaning. You can use the symbol on any mark that your company uses without registering it.

Yes you can go ahead with than but there are chances that registrar put objection on that and you need to defend you application later.
However if you can prove that your name is completely different that it can be approve and register

You need to upload Aadhar card, PAN and logo(if any) in the option of (other documents) to avoid formality check fail.
User affidavit may also be uploaded if claiming use of mark.

There is no difference. Lawyer might provide a Affidavit and application form.
Also Trademark Attorney may apply on behalf of his client. However the process will be same.

Yes you need to file TM-A again.
Sir agar 2 ya 3 class mei trademark lena hai toh fees 4500 hi lagegi ya zyada
Aur 2 class mei alag alag apply karna hoga ya ek sath hi apply hoga
4500 is for one class. If you want to take in more than one class you need to select multiclass application form and fee would be increase 4500 per class added.

I have heard through many many professionals that by using device, one does not get the word trademarked. They do not get full rights to the name. They advise that you register for device first then go for wordmark later.
Could you provide some clarity here. Why does this happen? And this is said by top, TOP advocates and IPO agents.

1. If you are taking registration on your individual name, then you need to select proprietor.
2. You need to select "Muticlass application form" and need to add all the classes in application form. The rest process is same.

Agar aap trademark m registered agent ya attorney ho to aap apne client k behalf pe trademark apply kar sakte ho.

Sir does this mean that now the owner himself can apply for the TM. He wont need any atorney or any other mediatory professional to apply?
Yes owner can always apply suo motto.
However Atorney & Professional would help you to understand the Trademark Act in better way & they can assist you in filing different forms under trademark Act.

No, you just need a DSC & you can file application for trademark registration.
