Even our closest living relatives, Chimps and Bonobos routinely scavenge for animal sourced protein and sometimes even hunt. Not that these two would do it but if one were to add a couple of eggs a week or some non-animal seafood like scallops and clams, this would probably be a healthful diet mirroring some tropical traditional lifestyles. The lack of complete proteins is definitely not good for work that needs to be done on a cellular level. Also bacterial overgrowth in the gut is a major risk on a diet like this. Immune health is also compromised. All different extreme diet models don't really show how beneficial they are but more so how adaptable we are that we can survive on many different kinds of diets. Thriving and surviving is a different thing.

how do you know? have you ever followed their diet or are assuming based on the theory your local fat nutritionist may have taught you? just checking. but if you have you can also try more greens and non sweet fruits than them. like more salads and some tender leafy greens with your sweet fruit. you may find that helpful. also could be a little more far at first maybe. however I do recommend transition anyway so from a standard diet probably better not to switch to this cold turkey. just take gradual steps and when you get there eventually after maybe a few years it will be much easier and sustainable to stick to it than having made that polar opposite change overnight. for many reasons.

I am on the keto diet. Today I had a double cheeseburger (no bun) for breakfast, another one for lunch, and a ribeye steak for dinner. I consumed approximately 1700 calories, which is 50 calories below my BMR, but because meat/protein is so filling, I was never hungry. I've been doing keto diet for a little over 3 weeks, and I've lost 14.8 pounds. Energy levels are amazing and I'm never hungry. So, no, I'm not going vegan any time soon.

The lack of complete proteins is definitely not good for work that needs to be done on a cellular level. Also bacterial overgrowth in the gut is a major risk on a diet like this. Immune health is also compromised.
All different extreme diet models don't really show how beneficial they are but more so how adaptable we are that we can survive on many different kinds of diets. Thriving and surviving is a different thing.

This is so real. Through my ED I felt like I was doing so great but in reality I was just completely messing up my gut, hunger cues, brain function and so much more
They are both actually incredibly healthy. He is a naturally small man, but not overly thin. Their skin is suffering because they never use any protective measures and are out in the sun all day. The woman's hair condition is something she's been suffering with since an early age, long before she went raw.
There's plenty of raw vegans who are more 'photogenic', taking better care of their physical appearances. Dan Macdonald, Fully Raw Kristina, to name a couple. John Rose is on another level entirely.
Appearances can be deceiving. A lifestyle of consuming 'living foods' will literally manifest mystical powers. It's all about the biophotons, electric potential, and structured water. What is light? Energy/information. What is sunlight? Information being essentially 'relayed' from the center of the galaxy through plasma filaments. Fruit is the closest food to pure sunlight. There are great secrets to be found in 'food'
Sometimes I see it as, the state of mind needs to match the vibration of your body and sometimes vegans do thrive. Maybe it's only for people who are willing to be in that higher state of consciousness. For the rest of us, we will suffer on it.

If you're curious of how sour the first fruit is I had a story lol . We tried to make candied belimbing before but ended up leaving it in aluminium pan for the night in refrigerator. It's so acidic even after cooking it halfway it ate through the pan lol

how do you know? have you ever followed their diet or are assuming based on the theory your local fat nutritionist may have taught you? just checking. but if you have you can also try more greens and non sweet fruits than them. like more salads and some tender leafy greens with your sweet fruit. you may find that helpful. also could be a little more far at first maybe. however I do recommend transition anyway so from a standard diet probably better not to switch to this cold turkey. just take gradual steps and when you get there eventually after maybe a few years it will be much easier and sustainable to stick to it than having made that polar opposite change overnight. for many reasons.

Durian for snack? Wow. It was seasonal, so understandable. That green fruit was called belimbing wuluh, wuluh starfruit(?), it was for a dish called sayur asem in indonesia. Also, rambutan for dinner? Highly unlikely. Rambutan is mostly water, not to mention, again, it was seasonal fruit. Also, depending on what type of rambutan he get, it could be the sweetest fruit or the sourest fruit ever.

I would love to do it because fruit is my all time favorite food. I ate a lot of fruit and veggies and got my self into big trouble with my Potassium. Doctor said I had to cut back on the veggies and fruits. So, I'm surprised you guys don't have any problems yet.

We dont have fangs and claws or a short digestive tract to allow rotten, decaying flesh to move quickly through the system. We don't have jaws that unhinge and only move up and down. We don't salivate at the site of roadkill. We also don't produce Vitamin C like true carnivores do. We have to eat Vitamin C. The list of differences is long.

I am on the keto diet. Today I had a double cheeseburger (no bun) for breakfast, another one for lunch, and a ribeye steak for dinner. I consumed approximately 1700 calories, which is 50 calories below my BMR, but because meat/protein is so filling, I was never hungry. I've been doing keto diet for a little over 3 weeks, and I've lost 14.8 pounds. Energy levels are amazing and I'm never hungry. So, no, I'm not going vegan any time soon.
Check back in after a year and see how you’re feeling. Also RIP to your kidneys, so much protein
