Thank you so much for being here 🤎 I chose the switch because I wanted to be one and done. The sleeve weight regain percentage was too high for my comfort. Practice making good choices everyday and when you slip up, forgive your self and move on. It’s a daily life long journey, you won’t get it right every time but you can try 🤎
