It took me a little hunting and a few calls, but I'd suggest you start by contacting your state's SHIP. The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) is a free and impartial counseling program for people with Medicare, provided by the Administration for Community Living and the Indiana Department of Insurance. SHIP is part of a federal network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs located in every state. Hope this helps.
If the insurance company is willing to issue you a LTC policy, then it’s very unlikely you will ever have a significant claim. Insurance companies are quite good at predicting who will and who will not file claims.
