As an older and wiser 53 year old man who can see things objectively and call a duck a duck, the "advantages" Bronny is experiencing is what privileged lesser talented kids of wealthy and powerful families have been benefiting from throughout history. Nepotism in sports is not as prevalent as in Hollywood because acting is easy and sports require more obvious abilities, but nonetheless, there are much better players out there who aren't getting the same attention, but that is the way of life. Bronny can shock everyone if his talent can progress, but what makes a superstar is as more mental process than it is purely physical. That is why Larry Bird was a killer.

A lot of people complain or have things to say about Bronnie's game because hes not out there droping 30 every game like most people do that has the big names but you gotta look at the little things that he is doing that has made his game become a total package Passing the ball defense Getting his team involved and scoring when he needs to its things like That that is a full and total package That's why hes getting the recognition that he is getting and we have seen him improve year by year that's what the people are looking at his name yes puts him on the radar but his hard work dedication and improvement is what keeps him on the radar and getting deals and opportunities no disrespect to D, wade or his son Z, wade but look at the difference in the two kids both with big name's same height playing the same position but making different choices both had injuries one playing his position working hard coming off the bench getting better until senior year where it was bronnys team wade taking another path working hard to get where he is dropping 20 last game in a pro league that wasn't his dad's name that was hard work dedication determination and sacrifice on z,Wade's part bronny has played well amongst the best of the best at the usa games and mcdonald's games not his dad or the James name the name james didn't magicly take form and suit up no it was bronny he is on the court so he earned it. Just like z. Wade earned those 20 points a few days ago in a semi pro league and that's a fact.

The crazy part is Rivers was a top prospect but fizzled out in the pros. Most players who make a name for themselves in the NBA today aren’t even top 10 players. The ones really winning in the league are the underdogs. The top recruits either phase out or become superstars. Bronny shouldn’t have went to USC though he should have gone somewhere out of his father’s shadow

Austin Rivers did not say anything that was incorrect. The question should be: Would we be talking about a Ronny James if his dad was not Lebron James? The answer to that question is NO. That goes to show you that it’s who you know or are related to as opposed to what you know or how good you are when it comes to the NBA. There are MANY examples of the son’s of NBA players in the NBA because of who their father was. It didn’t matter whether they earned it or not. It’s just a FACT of the NBA today.
