St the end of it MP John Mbadi gave his famous speech that only about 40% of Ruto's nominees were equal to the offices to which they had nominated. "Let us give Ruto his skunk because he intends to govern from State House". Politics won over logic and common sense. Are you suggesting that Ruto is so incompetent that he can't nominate competent persons to the office of CSs?
