    Finally finished my setup (Rockford r2d4, basser box, and pioneer 4 channel amp) and it’s phenomenal! Thanks for the template to get this going!!!

    Thanks for the DIY. This is helpful. Do you have the details of the hardware you used (The U-nut, brackets, etc..)?

    How does this work with the spare wheel enclosure, can I still reach it or would I have to take out the sub every time you want to lift that cover up?

      Yes, needs to be removed. Remove both knobs and slide it out of the way.

    neat and purposeful...however, I'm still a sucker for Bazooka tubes and/or low profile/slim 6"-8" subs...did you take the time to add 6" squares of sound deadener for panel resonance control?

      @PIFDIY  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Nope, no sound deadening.

    do you have to run any wires to the trunk? I have the premium model and I'm trying to figure out if i can do it by myself.

    The link to this item is no longer available. Is there another link or another way to find the box? Thanks!

      just did a bit of research on this sub enclosure. Looks like this is originally from the UK you can Google search it and it will pull up.

    Curious if you swapped springs on the Ohlins on your 911 and if there is any update there. Thanks

      Hey B Y , not yet. I'm still playing around with settings. I've changed the preload adjustment a number of times trying to make things more compliant for the road. Even a revolution or two of the ring nut makes a noticeable difference in how firm the suspension feels. At this point I feel like I can't make any more improvements with the spring. It's definitely better than when I posted my impressions, but I'm still not satisfied. I'll go through the damper settings one more time now that the springs are spot on and see. I really think I'll be swapping springs or going back to OEM setup. Probably won't make that decision until the Fall though...

      Thanks for the update. My 997.1 suspension has worn out and I have been researching coilovers heavily. Ohlins, KW, Bilstein…..impossible to decide. Or if better to go with lowering springs on Bilstein replacements. There is also an Ohlins dealer (3DM Motorsports) that will sell a set with custom springs and valuing. I may go that route, not sure. I seek tighter handling but with a reasonable balance for day to day drivability. Thanks for the videos and replies!
