JC Staff is surely one of the most important anime studios that there is, and it's very relevant still today, with many releases per year, and with important releases scheduled, like One Punch Man Season 2. It's not considered a top studio regarding animation, but at least you can't complain about the openings: Shana, Toaru, and many more are there to prove that.
Like many other big and older studios, the late 80's and early 90's were mostly composed by OVA releases, and JC Staff had A LOT of OVA releases. I made a small mention to this era (ignoring the opening rule), showing some of the most popular works, but there is much more than that.
Even being one of the longest videos up to now, I still had to cut A LOT of the less popular releases, I hope you understand! :)

JC Staff com certeza é um dos estúdios de anime mais importantes que existe, ainda sendo bastante relevante hoje em dia, com muitos animes produzidos por ano, e com outros importantes a lançar, como a Season 2 de One Punch Man. É considerado um estúdio mediano na animação, mas pelo menos não da pra reclamar das aberturas: Shana, Toaru, e muitos outros tão aí pra provar isso.
Assim como outros estúdios grandes antigos, o fim dos anos 80 e início dos 90 foi marcado principalmente por OVAs, e a JC Staff lançou MUITOS OVAs. Eu fiz uma pequena menção a essa era (ignorando a regra da só botar aberturas), mostrando alguns dos trabalhos mais populares, mas teve bem mais que aquilo.
Mesmo sendo um dos vídeos mais longos até agora, eu ainda tive que cortar VÁRIOS lançamentos menos populares, espero que vocês entendam! :)

A lot of bad anime, a lot of good anime. I know why the hate, I know why the love. J.C Staff is neither good or bad, It´s a studio with a lot of anime in their hands that sometimes is good and sometimes is bad, sometimes they create a masterpiece, sometimes they create blasphemy.

Best Opening of J.C STAFF and one of the best openings of all time!
Snivy Fans That was the first opening I actually liked since the start of the vid, I totally agree. The animation didn’t really fit with the song though, there was a severe lack in action.

Utena OP is just beautiful
There's something about the composition of the Utena OP that really shines through. Perhaps it's the way they actually introduce the characters and give them some form of personality within a short 1/2 second motion instead of being hung up on showing an entire fight scene in an OP like their later works.
Probably the reason why the Railgun S1 OP and Wixoss's S1 OP works. Except that they lack the contrasting, bright colours that really bring the picture to life.

DanMachi is just fantasy,not isekai. Isekai anime have characters from real world transferred to another world,like Overlord,KonoSuba,Re:Zero,Youjo Senki and Rising of Shield Hero. DanMachi doesn't have any isekai elements at all.

Shakugan no Shana is the best anime of J.C. studios for me because there is something special about the story of this anime. Thus interpreting every season was being nice and good because it emphasized how if people died seeing them disappearing and not just about the existence but also the power of love they spread on it.

Uma noticia só pra você, pois quase ninguém sabe.. enfim eu andei pesquisando e com a falência do studio Manglobe e com 20% do filme Genocidal Organ, um novo Studio foi criado intitulado Geno Studio e recrutou boa parte da Staff da Manglobe esse studio foi criado no caso de que ninguém queria pegar um projeto de outro studio, então o cara que criou esse studio juntou o pessoal da manblobe mais um pessoal novo e conseguiu da um andamento no filme e finalizar dai que foi feito o studio e tinha staff pra isso lançou seu primeiro anime na TV japonesa intitulado Kokkoku e o da temporada de agora Golden Kamuy... Eu já tinha ouvido falar desse Geno por causa de Golden Kamuy, mas não fazia idéia de que ele era o "novo Manglobe" valeu pela informação.
E outro estúdio que ele poderia fazer é o estudio Gonzo, não sei se faliu mas não escuto falar dele a um bom tempo.
O Estúdio Gonzo fará a adaptação do mangá Hinomaruzumou, da Shonen Jump em outubro.

You can clearly see the transition from hand drawn animation to computer graphic animation as the years progress. It is still great that the characters are hand drawn as they are the focal point of the anime series with genetic or unique backgrounds used. It seems that the consumer market and competition within the anime industry has forced the use of computers to accelerate the production of anime series and get it out to consumers in a time crunch deadline manner.

@@daisymels The anime is gonna be really good. I own all 9 volumes of the manga. The necromancer arc is really good (especially the ending of the last fight) and the early parts are really good but it drags out a little bit in the middle aside from the scavenger fight.

@@daisymels Yeah, 12 episode animes usually only adapt about 5-7 manga volumes and the necromancer arc is about that long. There's also not enough manga material/the second arc isn't finished in the manga so they could only adapt the necromancer arc. The first episode is anime original self contained plot but it's a much better start to the spin off than the manga was.
