UFO 50 [Mortol] Spliced Gold Speedrun [

!! I used savestates to make this !!
Splicing the footage resulted with some occasional audio glitches and I messed up the splicing at 12:59 as I was editing so I accidentally cut out a portion of the recording
OBS was being weird so I ended up with some video corruption in the first three levels

Mind blowing! It’s so cool to see somewhat of a TAS of the game with the use of savestates. I love the end of 1-C, so smooth.
One thing I wonder is if it’s faster to go over the level at 10:18 (instead of breaking down through the bricks). You can go over the level up there with 3 arrows and skip growing the vine down there. Sadly it’s 1 kill worse than going down there for liferuns, and I haven’t managed to find a use for going over the level yet.

You're right, going over the level would've been faster (not sure why I didn't think of it at the time)
I have thought about doing a bomb-less challenge run that would use it though
