Depends on which States, some are like that some are not. I just drove back from North Dakota and Minnesota house there ok compared to this house. That house is more beautiful.

You should wrangle a visit to Paco's house. Their channel is Retired in Bohol. They're also Filipino Americans who are building their beach house.
I'm not familiar with Paco. I should check that out.
@AR ES, check out Armstrong Family build, 133m2 . The guy was hands on building it. I saw Paco build also and Paco build is unlimited budget , Armstrong was budgeted at $50k but ended up more for their added features they added on. Check it out, architecturally pleasing
Place is beautiful , the house ? They had it built for their taste , they will get to keep it . I don’t get it with window grids , they have great views and those grids interferes with the view. They probably had an engineer design it
