Sunshine shoulders had a video some time ago, whereby he did an airbnb for $400? Would love to explore and see. I want to have access to a small boat to putt around on or sail around.
I'm a Taiwanese American ready to see the Philippines with my Filipina wife. We met in the US and now our kids are grown, we're going to explore the world starting in PH before the end of the year, and probably make our base there with so many lovely people and of course the culture. I am very inspired and happy to find your channel. I'd look into building or buying a property near the beach, but probably not right on it :) I like a blend of water and mountains.

This will be my first time to visit so I'm completely open to suggestions and like your dad said, I intend to learn from the locals. I work for a large US based company and have colleagues who work from Manila. My wife and I will start a business in Manila or surrounding areas. One thing I will insist on is to go to a class once I land, to learn the local language, probably Tagalog.

That’s amazing Kaby! Yes you should definitely visit Cebu the Queen city of the South and is also the oldest city in the Philippines. Although if you want a more laid back area that still gives you a great city vibe, you guys should visit Iloilo. You can check out some Iloilo videos on our playlist. Very clean and the food were delicious! If you want to avoid the city and enjoy the simple island life, there’s Camiguin and Siquijor which is less touristy. Boracay, Panglao Bohol and Siargao are also beautiful but they are becoming very touristy almost having the same vibes as the beaches in Thailand 😅 That’s exciting news! Hope you don’t mind sharing about your business idea. Also, that would be very helpful. Learning Tagalog here is always a plus especially knowing your wife is from Luzon and you guys plan to live in Manila.

Choosing a country to retire is a major decision and although you are Filipino by blood, you should follow what you feel. For me my dream when I was young I wanted to go to 🇺🇸America but now I’m old and wanna retire in my hometown in the Philippines 🇵🇭 It’s really much more Fun in the Summer by the white sand beaches! Sequijor is just northwest of Camiguin Island my native province. The two island has similar characteristics but Sequijor is more bigger in land area and population. Soon Godwilling building our retirement house there next year. Enjoy your beach house. Watching from the USA.

Sequijor is just northwest of Camiguin Island my native province. The two island has similar characteristics but Sequijor is more bigger in land area and population. Soon Godwilling building our retirement house there next year. Enjoy your beach house. Watching from the USA.

And the way your father talks and explains everything is so engaging and make somebody excited and inspired so the content is so inspirational. Like while watching u already have question in your mind then after a while your question is being answered coz he mentioned it. So the way he shared his life's experiences is very organized so the person watching it gets satisfied and wanting to watch for more. So u're lucky that he's very willing to be in your videos hahaha. Oduline roofing deteriorates after two years,especially with hot temperatures!That’s with my experience here on Guam,having the same weather as the Philippines!We are on typhoon alley,and every typhoon that passes here goes directly to the Philippines!Beautiful house,hope and pray no major storms comes thru there again!Enjoy paradise,I miss the Philippines!
