The only problem I foresee is the width of the door at the bottom is very thin compared to a lot of newer vehicles. You might be able to fashion something in the door pocket though.
Ours is a 1990. We have the original bill of sale and paperwork that all of the previous owners kept and it was ordered in California around Christmas 1989. Haha with the LEDs you open the door and are blinded for a second.

What year is this? Mine is a 95 and it doesn’t have a door option for the front dome lights like yours does. I’m jealous lol

Who did your sunroof? Does it come with a cover like the original toyota sunroofs?
We aren't sure who did the sunroof job but it was definately an aftermarket add on. Didn't come with any covers, just pull out sun shades on rollers.
