How is that mikuni working for you? Im just starting building up my predator 224 and haven’t decided on what carb I wanna run. I’ve got a mild built 212 and it’s got a mikuni 24mm flat slide. Thanks man
Thanks for the comment. I don't know about the carb yet, still working on getting it all together. Any carb bigger than the stock 19mm has to be good. I wanted to go with a flat slide, but this round slide should be a big improvement, the area is nearly twice the stocker and there is no throttle plate in the way.
I won't be using the stock setup, but I have not decided on the exhaust yet. I want to make sure the pipe is bigger than the port. This head has a D-shaped port so the header pipe needs to be pretty big to not obstruct it. I may make one.
That was great. Which predator engine are you using?
Thanks. This is the non-hemi. I have a video coming out this Friday where I port the head and talk about the different head designs.

Where did you get your live axel from?? Do it comes with 1/4 key slot all the way across?? The ones I seen only goes half way across
I think it is 1"x40" with a full keyway. I am pretty sure I got it from Amazon but I also get parts from OMB wharehouse

What about exhaust? Stock exhaust will kill all the performance as it's so restrictive.

What you are calling a bushing is really called a rod bearing.
Thanks for the comment. Sometimes I get my words mixed up, usually I correct it in the edit.
There are no small ports. Only small actors
