When bruce lee movies came out in 1973 and 1974 a lot of movies from Hong Kong and Japan came out to the movie theaters in the United States and the world all at the same time and that was before tv show anything
I heard there is some controversy about this event in which Moore says Bruce Lee wasn’t fast enough and people who attended the event say Moore wasn’t fast enough.
True - the video has been misrepresented on this channel - Lee was frustrated when he couldn't land a strike from the right - Vic Moore was able to read his moves and afterwards Lee commented how fast Moore was. Lee cheated on the last strike which came from the left and took Moore by surprise, which is why Vic hung his head when Lee offered him a handshake in consolation.
@@Chris_Sheridan I dunno I seen the full video and it looked like Victor wasn't fast enough to catch Bruce but was close. @@avalond1193 .. other channels have covered this video - go research further and get your eyesight checked before making any more guesses and speculation. Vic Moore also explains what happened - don't you think you should hear from someone who was actually there? Do you even understand what the challenge was and the agreement between Lee and Moore? Lee cheated because the last strike was from a different side - the first few attempts were successfully blocked by Moore until the last strike.

The interview (I can't remember the exact one) where he was describing "be like water" has always stayed with me since I was very young.
Even in the afterlife, Bruce Lee is still a legend.
He realize Bruce Lee was not just a movie star. He is him.
He will always be him
Yet, still a human, nothing compared to the glory and power of God, who created his very soul...
God is the only entity that should EVER be referred to with capital letters like, "He, Him, AM, etc. Or Yeshua.
@ okay you just took this way out of context. Slow down. No one was placing Bruce Lee as a God or deity. Was referring to He Bruce Lee as Him meaning the man when it comes to martial arts combat.
@dominicksans7204 There is only one "He" and that is Yeshua the Christ or His father in heaven. I'm not mad my friend... simply stating the truth. We have to be careful when stating humans as capitals. That is reserved for the "I AM"
@ no you are completely taking it out of context. When I say He I mean Bruce Lee and when I say Him I mean that guy that is at the top of his profession the pinochle of his chosen profession so He is him.
Bruce Lee is forever the greatest
He recognised talent and gave credit where its due. Now that is a true sportsman right there. No anger, just amazement and good spirit
Bruce Lee was the G.O.A.T!
I will ALWAYS love and respect 🙏🏾 Bruce Lee ❤️ 💙 ♥️
Me too simply the best
Bruce Lee was a super hero and now he is a legend incredible human being 💯❤️🙏
The way Lee’s hand blurs from his speed is just crazy impressive. I’ve always known he was amazing, but rarely seen him outside movies. He is a legend!
I am so grateful for film because I can never get enough of watching my most beloved Bruce Lee! I am infatuated with watching him move ❤
The one and only Bruce Lee 🙏🏽
Bruce Lee the Greatest of all time! Without a Doubt! That's a FACT!
I saw an interview where Moore denies Lee failed but this video clearly shows him giving Lee his props and respect
It was a speed test not a fight test and Lee was master of illusions no one toughed the other so what did it prove
Right, making an illusion that allow you to hit faster than a karate champion.
Do you?... *Forget it*
@@gabsomniac9607but... He didn't actually strike him. It's a bit of a flawed test.
@@Saintjackoftrades Can you explain where is the flaw when the main goal is to act faster than your opponent?
@@gabsomniac9607 He was throwing these punches from outside of the range where they would even make contact with the opponent. They were worthless strikes. Moore couldn't block them if he wanted to because they never reached him.
Love Bruce Lee .... always!❤
Loved the gentlemanly handshake at the end.
Great Example. Regardless Of Your Discipline, Speed Is Paramount. Thank You. (Comment #1,256)
Bruce lee is a legendary martial artist who mastered the arts of fighting.
He just happened to be a freak of nature built for the arts
He never fought give me a brake
@@TN86 He fought all the time, just not in tournaments but real fights.
@@Greatshadowfighter allegedly
...more importantly, he mastered the art of life.
There will never be another Bruce Lee, Bruce Lee an Amazing Man. ✊🏿
I feel like Jackie Chan and Jet LI surpassed him in film but as for real life fighting IDK
@@ShawnBugg-ii4evexactly I think he was a coked up mouth peace, he said he could break Mohammed alis back, a heavey weight 🙈
Ali woulda broke him in two with one punch.
Also his books he wrote were all copied from previous Chinese writers and philosophers.
Why do cokeheads die so young....

Peace love and happiness 💚💯
Watch mighty morphing power rangers. It's legit.
@@ShawnBugg-ii4ev Bruce lee never fought anyone.. and his bag and sparring footage shows he was amature level at best in actual skill
He was beautiful. Loved watching his movies when I was a kid.

True Master ❤
You said it!
The ultimate GOAT!!!
❣️ Bruce Lee will always be the greatest martial artist ❣️
Bruce Lee = He has defined the acronym G.O.A.T
This is literally the ultimate version of “Your too slow”
The crazy thing about this:
Despite proof on camera, people are still skeptical towards Bruce Lee.
That ok... Despite proof, there are those that deny the moon landing and that the earth is round
You wait long enough and everybody will request in the greatest of all time. Doesn’t matter if it’s Bruce Lee doesn’t matter if it’s Jesus doesn’t matter if it’s Christopher Columbus. Just wait long enough and the skeptics who have no frame of reference have no information or knowledge in the space will start running off at the mouth
I thought lebron was the goat?!?!?!
😂😂
Yes because this has little to no use in fighting. Who stands with their hands down and doesn't hit back?
@@evanburgess8428Because in a real fight the man has no chance to fight back Bruce Lee, Bruce Lee has no worthy rival, he is alone in his category
RIP Master Lee
Two amazing and classy men. No arrogance or pomp at all. What a great video. Love these guys.
The Best that was , The Best there is , The Best that will ever be ,THE GOAT
And if actual people from the audience there are saying Bruce was faster than Victor who do we believe? There's also the ego factor maybe Moore was embarrassed therefore he denied it
@@avalond1193 .. other channels have covered this video - go research further and get your eyesight checked before making any more guesses and speculation. Vic Moore also explains what happened - don't you think you should hear from someone who was actually there?
Do you even understand what the challenge was and the agreement between Lee and Moore? Lee cheated because the last strike was from a different side - the first few attempts were successfully blocked by Moore until the last strike.
@@Chris_Sheridan Accord
ing to Vic the videos were edited, buahahaha!!!!
.. all videos are edited before uploading - it's part of the process of making compilations.@@ernestoalamo3591
# Team Bruce Lee 🙏😊!
Bruce Lee was a true Master in his own right!
Bruce Lee was and will ALWAYS be the GREATEST Martial Artist who ever lived. May he Rest In Peace 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Bruce Lee is most of what we need.
Vic said that never happened , but it was on video! He wasn't the only one who tried to lie to get out of it LeBell did the same thing! It must of hurt their egos & waited till Bruce was did & then attacked his reputation & Chuck did it a few times too!
Yup, which is sickening, since the man has been dead for over 50 years. Legends like Joe Lewis, Jim Kelly, Robert Wall and Dan Inosanto all said he was the best they ever saw and never switched up, which shows the humility, respect, and admiration they had for him.
@@TylerHingletonwhat he gotta lie for???
@@gemini4lyfe3001 Cuz the footage doesn't lie, and why no one else backing up his story?
@TylerHingleton typical gen z who plays the popularity contest 🤦🏾♂️🤡
@@gemini4lyfe3001 The one acting like a buffoon is you, cuz you wanna deny footage before your very eyes, and you can't even present evidence from Moore to contradict the story.
Vic Moore is no doubt a great martial artist, but he and his people are saying a different story than the footage we have of Bruce Lee and his encounter.
PS - Thanks to the channel owner for posting Bruce. Love that guy! 😊
He shakes his hand and bows like a real champ
Bruce lees speed was just on another level
Wow!!!! It was only an Drill!!! Victor Moore couldn't block not one of Bruce's punches!!! And you can see Victor's face saying you got me Bruce, but year's later after Bruce death Victor lied and said that he had block every punch that Bruce had thrown. Wow!!!😅😮😅
Vic Moore is still backtracking to this day he said there's lost footage of Bruce not being able to block his strikes. 😂
Lmfaooo i was about to comment on this
@@jamgar98 Vic is a incredible Martial artist but wow that man just can't accept defeat. 😂👍
😂
Yup. He's tried all sorts of denial.
Cause he said the truth yall are the ones in denial racism was very common back in the day that's why they didn't show the full footage crazy how yall are the first ones to say that there are a lot of martial arts that would t work and now you believe a movie star to be legit honestly its laughable
I love Bruce Lee ❤❤
Thank you for portraying Martial Artist Legends😮😊😊😊

Did anyone see Victor's interview...he had no idea video footage existed and tried to say He beat Lee at this ..😂😂😂😂
I watched the interview. It was too embarrassing as the witness was there telling the truth.
@@watchyoutube7194 coming out and saying you were beat by a Legend like Lee is an Honor.. saying you beat him when you know its bs is a disgrace
More was very fast himself, Bruce Lee deserves every recognition he gets 👏 👏👏👏👏👏
Moore was a beast in his era. What I always took away from that exhibition was that he also stayed humble and gave respect.
In an actual match of the two, under real rules, I don't honestly know that Lee would have won.
I think by that time Lee had already went with Jeet Kune Do. If was MMA rules I'd be betting on Lee, but maybe not if was pure Karate rules.
He was very good at reading people and when they were about to do something. He talked about it one time.
@mikethomas6715 no he really doesn't. His legacy is exaggerated greatly and every piece of video evidence proves that.
