Colin and Ryan were the Kings of Who's Line. They were always having this internal competition over who could make the other crack first. It was fun to watch. That, and everyone was aways cracking jokes on Drew and Colin's baldness whenever the opportunity arose.
My favorite scene was a Weird Newscasters bit where Colin said, "the reindeer in Spain was hit mainly by the plane." Completely broke Wayne who was doubled up in laughter.

No. 15 when Ryan says "...listen" is hilarious, but I'm so impressed by how nonchalant he is about improvising such a banger, it doesn't even look like he had to think hard, the timing, delivery, reaction from Drew, that high note on the backing track as he says it. Ryans a masterclass in comedy.
I seriously f*cking miss this show. There’s maybe a handful of times in my life that there’s been brackets of time for whatever that I’ve laughed my hardest and this show was one of them.
Yeah. Because he did. Season 3 Episode 9, the only episode from the taping where Robin Williams performed as the 4th seater. There was even a promo featuring some unaired footage from the dating service video game where he wears a pair of rainbow suspenders and says “Yeah, you remember me.”
Listen, there are so many good bits and scenes from this show. The one thing that gets me every time is 15. “You Got Sole”, “a sh-“ “oooeeee”, “and-take-me-on-a, oh sorry one word” and “listen… to… me” all of it is comedy gold. I know what to expect every time yet I’m CRYING laughing at the end of it. 🤣
actually genius. You made sense out of the senseless. Like the riddle that was never meant to have an answer. "How is a raven like a writing desk?" - "Because Poe wrote on both."
One of his most iconic performances. Everything we ever wanted to know about Mr Simmons was on display. Such a wonderful, kind beautiful man. He was as genuine as they come. God bless him ❤
I always wondered if the cast knew he was coming on? It seemed like they didn't but you don't know if they were just laughing at the way he came out on stage. I would think Drew would rate that if not the best show, at least one of the top 5.
My favorites were the Richard Simmons episode, Wayne singing to the lunch lady, and the time the hoedown music track sped up. Hilarious - I miss this show so much.
#1 is great, if you've ever done improv, a pretty fundamental concept is continuing to add information to a scene to create the reality you and your partner can work within. setting up an audience expectation for your partner to do or say something on the spot like Colin does puts your partner in a tough situation. full mouth kiss is such a great response to getting forced in that corner.
i definitely prefer the older shows with drew, because he included a good amount of games before ending the show but with aisha, she just chooses for like 2 or three games before finishing the show, not to mention when she announces the game "Sound Effects", she ALWAYS picks female audience members (like I've never seen her pick a single male audience member) Finally with Drew, the 4 guys would actually jokingly mock him many times but the barely do that with aisha now.
I remember being in the 4th/5th grade in the early/mid 2000s and after raw or smackdown I used to stay up until 11 to watch these guys 😂 after that I started staying up until 11 everyday to catch an episode. Ahh life was so much simpler back then. These guys are part of my childhood 🙏🏼
Not having Richard Simmons in this tribute is criminal. These are all funny because it’s Whose Line, but the Richard Simmons episode makes me cry from laughter every time. Best episode of all time.
I’m surprised “icehole” wasn’t on this list. Another one I really enjoyed was with Wayne, Colin and Ryan in two word vocabulary. They’re in the Wild West and only Wayne and Ryan can say two lines while Colin can say whatever. Ryan’s two lines (“what do I look like?” And “I’m a doctor”). Colin ends up calling him something like he’s a big stick with a big nose 😂
2:05 how dare you not include the follow up to this. Drew: odd ways to describe the taste of a wine Wayne: this tastes like a painting by Colin Mochirie
I love how Colin always roasts Drew when he flubs a read out or something 😂 like it only happened a second ago and he is so quick to say something, it's almoat unfair lmao.
I miss this show so much !!!! The original cast only! Besides Drew, Ryan and Colin were my favorite. ❤❤❤ No matter how many times I replay it, the funniest bit was when Ryan was playing as Carol Channing and ran his head into the neon light around Drew's desk !!!! I have never cracked up so hard !!!!!! 😂😂😂
The 1 (or 2?) episode with Robin Williams was 1 of the funniest moments of TV that I've seen in 50+ years. I still remember laughing so hard, that I couldn't breathe & had to leave the room before I hyperventilated.
They missed what i thought was the funniest scene from WLIIA - a Hoedown about going bald. Brad cracked on Colin, Drew cracked on Colin, and then Colin hit them both back HARD! VERY funny, i thought....

Colin unknowingly reporting on Colin and unwittingly making a bald joke on himself is the most epic moment ever.
He knew it was footage of him - what else could have got that reaction from the audience. His bald joke was a way to test that theory.
The irony about saying "a badly timed bald joke" winding up being a perfectly timed bald joke.

Robin Williams would've killed on this show.
