no it wasn't a lift but as the hitter (BYU) hit the ball down Collins touched it making it her first contact since she isnt a blocker it doesnt count as a block touch then she came down and touched it again
Chinemere Uche no it wasn’t. yes, she attempted to block it but she blocked it directly into the net, making it a touch and not a block. then she touched it again, which made it a double contact. and that’s exactly what the ref called and exactly what the commentators said. don’t tell them to get a brain in their head when you can’t even pay attention to the call and the replay.

Goodness me, this is definitely the best setter i,ve seen at texas…great decision to let her run 5’1 despite her being short
imagine if byu had beaten texas. nebraska probably would of won the ncaa championship. it’s crazy how one match can make a difference.

I don't understand a team that had won the last two sets, up 5-0 in the 5th, even having 2 match points, come up with the loss? So frustrating!
Then in 2018 Texas falls apart in all three sets at the 20 point mark. Texas could have won the first and third set but they let their lead slip.
