    I really admire that you already know your boundaries concerning work/social media after birth! It's so important to respect the need for rest/full commitment to a human being and not let society tell us that we have to be super-beings all the time. Soak up those precious weeks in the newborn phase and please don't feel obliged to post regularly/return at a certain date "full time"!

    Is anyone else scared to have kids just because you fear pregnancy and giving birth? I feel like I'm the only one :(

      I'm 20 weeks and every other day have like just extreme panic thinking about pushing this girl out 😂 It's so scary but I'll also tell you every time I go in for an ultrasound and see her moving around or whenever I feel her kicking, I just know it's going to be so worth it to be able to finally hold her!! It's crazy how much you learn to love them while they're in your tummy that you'd do anything for them. 🥹

      maybe you’re not meant to have kids, i always felt scared but noticed year after year that i just felt pressure from society and i actually didn’t want kids! i just don’t see the point of it
      so maybe it’s that !

      @@melinamerica9729 Did you have kids at all eventually? If yes, how are you feeling about the experience? I'd really like to know 😊

    • @melinamerica9729
      @melinamerica9729 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@loveonlytee483 no because i love my freedom and peace too much, to me if it’s not a hell yes than it’s a no. In my mind, kids are just too much work for such little reward so i just don’t see the point ! :)

    Don’t worry girl time will slow down SO MUCH in your third trimester. I’m 37 weeks and now it feels like I’ve been pregnant for sooooo long.

    My periods were never consistent either, but after I gave birth (my son is now 2 and a half) my period is so regular!!!! And I am on no birth control! So you never know how your body will act after all these changes during growing a baby!

    Please bring back podcast. I miss it so much because I usually listen to you on my walks. In your last trimester try Carly Jean Los Angeles dresses they are so comfortable and I thought they were a lifesaver.

    Thank you for speaking on the hormonal birth control! I feel like birth control is the last thing I want shoved into my body after I have my baby, my hormones need time! I’ve tried so many different forms of bc and none of them have worked well for me. I did cycle tracking and pull out to prevent pregnancy and it worked like a charm. It also helped me get pregnant when the time was right. It might help others, but it’s not for all

    Time is flying by! I am so happy for you and Aidan, your baby is lucky to have you guys as parents. Just a side note: if you decide you want to use some form of birth control after having your baby, you should look into getting a copper IUD. I have had mine for nearly five years now and apart from the heavier periods it’s not even noticeable and there is the added bonus of it being non-hormonal! Definitely something to consider down the road. Wishing you all the best ❤

    I have always loved your videos, but especially now since we found out my daughter is nine weeks pregnant. I’ve shared several videos with her but this one really resonates since she will be in her second trimester in just three more weeks. Thank you for sharing so much with us!

    You could try the mini pill, it's just progesterone. I've been on it for years, have had no side effects . It's way more gentle in terms of hormonal birth control, especially compared to the estrogen combined pill. My menstrual migraines went away after switching to a progesterone only pill.

    Hi! I just found your channel and love your videos. 🙂 Thank you for sharing your feelings and boundaries around sharing your birth plan! I'm also pregnant (31 weeks) and I've been feeling overwhelmed with how strongly it seems we're expected to feel about how the birth happens, and it's both really refreshing and reassuring to find someone else who's just kind of like, I want my child to be born safe and healthy and I'll share about the birth story afterwards. Also more randomly, ditto on the congestion, it's INSANE. 😅
