- The man accused of carrying out a shooting rampage from the roof of a Marina del Rey apartment building over the weekend made his first court appearance Tuesday.

Dear sherif that was called to receive a report from someone crying for help. Those that will hurt themselves, could, would, and may harm others.
I highly highly doubt this happened. Police determine whether someone is "a threat to themself or others" in every case they respond to. The woman interviewed has a foreign accent and all we know is she called the police. To many foreign people, they don't the difference between dispatch and the police. I could see maybe she was talking to an dumb dispatcher but definitely not a sheriff. I call bull for sure.

Human error. I wasn’t at the scene so I can’t testify for one or the other. Officers have often fallen short of serving and protecting and have also been corrupted over the years however, that’s not what we are dwelling on here. I have had positive experiences and interactions with officers that gave me a break, and it didn’t deserve it.
We have had many examples of the system failing us.
The word of God teaches us that those that put their trust in men are cursed .

The BS that was said to me by a particular sheriff was ridiculous about it after another sheriff my pictures would be enough proof, further more they were trying to cover things up on another issue with that person because they a sheriff try to bully me. Even sent the pictures LAPD and other agencies.
