Formal is so calm and calculated. Never does too much, no fat on his gameplay. Centering is unmatched. Probably my favorite POV.

Watching Formal's deliberate playstyle is so refreshing when compared to the more jittery style of most modern players
I’ve watched comp cod way longer than most and it reminds me of that difference between old school cod pros and the new crackheads that dominate the league now
always been jealous of players like that, i have to really focus in to not have jittery movement/aim

That play on B in Live Fire was ridiculous. That was his hill and no one was going to take it!
That Empyrean CTF match was a war that never stopped delivering the whole match, Optic had perfect defense vs the almost flawless offense from SSG, there was legitimately one clutch play from each Optic player that match.

I’ve always said the best player to watch in terms of approaching a gunfight is formal the way he just positions himself and the pure finesse is unmatched the only person that really comes close is dashy but formal still is the goat

I started trying to play more slow like formal does and it def better suits me.
Same here. I used to play all fast and sliding everywhere and now I try to play alot more cerebral, deliberate and more slow. Less sprinting and always putting my reticle up around corners where enemies might be. It's helped calm my gameplay down and keep me steady with my aim.

Real, this is one of the few times where the MVP could have been either one of them. Like both deserve it almost equal in my opinion.
One of, if not the, smartest player in the pros. It's amazing to watch. This whole tournament was amazing, not sure how world's is going to top it, but I am looking forward to finding out
Infinite is one of those games where if I am in the Zone I do really good but if I am not I do really bad (I mostly play BTB)
He's the best competitive player to ever do it in my opinion, and i'm also a Scump and Karma fan. There's just something about his composure.

It was definitely a toss-up between Trippy and Formal. Lucid is just always so consistent
Lucids kd was unreal in the slayers at ft worth. Big part of optics success in slayers was lucid being a walking 1.7 kd

I think formal and lucid on a team seems a bit too strong.
