Good looking 1070's! Its always odd to see them at tractor shows, to me they still have work to do. I still have a 1971 1070 open station that my Great-Uncle bought new in '71, its always been a joy to run. I grew up on that tractor, its good to see some one else making them work.
I had a brief flirt with a 77' 1070. 42hrs. Spider gears went out through the bottom of the rear-end housing making a big hole. I sold it to the wrecker and that was that. 3 months after I sold it to them, they called me and said, "Did you put a new radiator in this tractor. Yes, I did. Good enough, he says. I never thought much about it. They gave me good money for it. Said it was one of the straightest ones they'd ever seen. Anyway a week or so later I received another 600 dollars in the mail from them 🤷♂️
I don't why people paint those 70's series tractors red and black it looks dum! But at least you some 70's series weights. how many hours does it have? I think case had to change colors to keep IH guys happy.
Great Video, Fantastic tractors, a real shame that the case tractors ceased production, thanks for sharing
I've always wanted to see a magnum or 9260 painted tan and orange.
That would be neat to see. We don't have any magnums at the moment but I wouldn't be opposed if I found a cheap one in the future.

The 1070 and 930 are 2 of the best tractors ever built.
There was a 2670 painted with the red black did not look bad the 1070 looks good to like the old cases thanks for sharing 👍
Needs a 1500 -2000 dollar repaint job ! red and black looks like junk
The black engine is fine, but the hood needs to be white.

Around 4000 hours. Maybe the farm that had it wanted it to match their Magnum tractors. Who knows?
