Imagine if there was a sonic game where sonic turns into both super and dark sonic, and when sonic is in his base form and super form he has Roger Craig Smith’s happy and adventurous sounding voice. But then when he turns into Dark sonic he has Jason Griffith’s deep and angry yelling
And it would work kinda like Infamous’ karma system. The more Sonic uses the positive power of the Emeralds, it brings out his best qualities. And obviously, if he uses the negative power, his wrathful and destructive qualities show. And both sides show how much of an impact Sonic’s power and values (either forgiving or vengeful) has on the world.

Nothing against Jason or the other VA's, I love their performances. 2) I had no idea that Wyvern has a mouth laser move like Giganto, if you opt out of yeeting them into a mountain.
I'm opposite. I feel like it would've been better if there was dialogue during the Titan battles. Just sprinkled in like how this mod did it. Even just little ones like "Take this!" or more distinct exertion on Roger Craig Smith's part bc I think he is making the noise, but you can't here it
They're practically the same transformation, so it makes sense. The only difference is that one uses the world rings, and the other uses the chaos emeralds. They both have dark fur, pupiless eyes, super-like power, and increased rage and hatred.
Dark sonic always felt like a precursor form to dark spine sonic just like super sonic to hyper sonic time to make them canon at least it felt like that to me
Fun fact:on the supreme boss fight I was attacking him so much I glitched out the game that would mean that his health bar wasn't going down and I got irritated so much I didn't give the game a chance to breathe that I broke the game and restarted all off my progress back to the beginning Im not evening mad I'm just impressed with myself that I got so good on the game that evening the game thought I was overpowered.
I don't think that was a glitch I think it was the game not letting you take down his health until he shot at you with his gun thing because the game does do that.

He does this when exposed to a set of artificial chaos emeralds, as well as being under intense stress because he sees his friends (Cosmo and Chris) are injured and captured, and a villain threatens to kill them (Black Narciccus). Sonic goes Dark and demolishes the top-tier robots that Narciccus intended to test his strength with. Eggman ends up being the one to talk some sense into Sonic because he realizes he's gone off the rails. The whole scene is creepy and badass. So is Sonic X Season 3 in general (JP version).
I love this, especially how the music shows his anger. I hope someone mods Darkspine Sonic into the game, because I honestly prefer that form so much more.
