That explains why the majority of the budget of this game went straight into these themes alone apparently lmao. I say it was totally worth it

I think I understand why you chose these specific songs for these specific fights:
I'm with you = Shadow having flashbacks of Maria supporting him during the fight
Break through it All = Chip and Sonic breaking through Dark Gaia's shield
Find Your Flame = Sonic telling the Avatar he can overcome their fears and become a hero
Undefeatable = the 1st 3D Super Sonic fight mixed with the 1st Boss Theme of Frontiers
That's just my interpretation though

You know, it is really crazy how many parallels there are between SA2's final boss and Frontier's final boss: both take happen in space, both are creatures fueled by revenge, and both have us team up with a former nemesis.
Crazy how that works out, huh?
And both sacrificed themselves as well. It fits REALLY well

Bruh this makes me wish they would remake Sonic unleashed and for perfect dark Gaia we can actually fight him after we break down the shield like the titans in frontiers. I swear that boss fight is probably the most insane boss fight in Sonic games. The stakes are crazy and dark Gaia has such an intimidating force. Just from the beginning with this song it makes you amp after watching Sonic transform too
unleashed would see a lot of serious benefit if frontiers mechanics were mixed in there. imagine a werehog leveling system based on seeds of power/defense and skill points instead of the way exp works in the final game. (maybe you could replace the sun/moon medals with lost chao and use that to upgrade health and unleash) or hubs that connect to the entrance stages and have open zone controls. even down to little things like the button mapping - i love how you have a dedicated homing button in frontiers, imagine that in unleashed with boosting on r2 and drifting on l2 like they were planning for frontiers
@MANGOM1LK right like all the hubs world's are just one big open world that you can run around in and then have the actual levels be the "cyperspaces". That may be the best 3d sonic game at that point

Imagine this: the fight against Perfect Dark Gaia plays out as usual, then the quick time events happen and right after that, transition to the Wii version's Perfect Dark Gaia fight.
(Also like the Wii version, cut down the Chip vs Dark Gaia fight down to one encounter and don't keep switching from Sonic gameplay back Punch-Out.)

Its like if infinites theme plays beating sonic and sonic got back up, find your flame is the song imagine playing as after he gets back up and starts beating infinite to a pulp

A frontiers like remake of Unleashed would be AMAZING! That Perfect Dark Gaia fight with the Titan boss style I think would be insane

Heck nah that Music with Shadow sacrificing himself for everyone has me tearing up. Well done. Aside from that i find it crazy how less fast paced these boss battles are compared to Frontiers. Their still peak but Frontiers Bosses are on some other level it's insane.
Yeah, Sonic frontiers bosses just make this fights look slow by comparison that is how good they are
The adventure's final boss are prety fast passed ( not as much as wyvren if you dont counter the missiles)
I'm With You Hits Pretty Hard With Shadow Sacrifing Himself For The World & Fuffeling Maria's last Wish
I like it how you made that shadow was starting to run out of rings and sonic saying "let me take over" and then low-key shadow was like "no. I'm finishing him off" and he did with absolute perseverance. Then sonic says "you're very weak. Are you OK?" and then skips straight to the cut scene. You somehow managed to follow the plot as accurate as possible with shadow feeling weak along with him finishing finallizard and then dies in sequence. Along with the sound track it just fits like bread and butter. Well done.
Break through it all really fits dark Gaia. Breaking through the shield, and the lyrics saying no more compromise this is do or die as chip enters the ring fighting dark Gaia getting clawed to certain death
Chip is a badass for that
The Finalhazard fight got me thinking if we had a similar fight where Sage Piloting the Mech actually did tag attacks with Sonic against The End. Would have been way better of a climax for an already epic game. Well at least we can hope they'll make things better in the updates later this year.

Perfect Chaos: Undefeatable playing the entire time definitely works better than Perfect Chaos’ second phase theme cutting in.
Dark Gaia: trading cinematic finality for pure hype and power. Nice choice.
Death Egg Robot (Forces): Fits a lot better than the original. Bonus points for similar vocals to Infinite’s theme for thematic purposes.
Final Hazard: Holy shit, why am I crying?

Considering that we learn Chaos' true origins in Frontiers, I think it's all the fitting that it should start with him and in a way, also end with him too haha. Still! It's amazing how a different theme changes the tone and feel of all the boss fights!

To me this shows how a great decision was to add combat to Frontiers, these just don't feel as impactful without destroying them with your own bare hands
It isn't bad at all but it definitely isn't as hype building as the Titans are and it shows

Sonic Frontiers is just one of the best Sonic games ever made now.
Came here expecting old bossfights with new music.
What I did not expect was the highest quality for the Adventure games I have ever seen.
I actually made a mod for Break Through It All over Perfect Dark Gaia, dropping that fact here for anyone who wants to experience like in this video

i was kinda like "man for the Death Egg Robo part 2 should had been Im With You since the final music for that phase is similarly orchestral and melancholic" but then... *THEN* you dare to take things even higher with mashing Im With You with Final Hazzard, and you fucking proved to me why you didnt used Im With You with the second phase of the Death Egg Robo, because it makes the Final Hazzard fight even more impactful because it fits like a glove with the situation.
The timing, the theming of being both a hopeful song and having this melacholic vibe mixed with a bit of sadness but happiness at the same time mirroring with how Shadow now has a real purpose of what he has to do and what was his mission all along, how Sonic is all the step of the way with Shadow backing him up always trying his best to ensure not only the safetyness of his new friend but aslo the entire world as well, and lastly Shadow's sacrifice for humanity leaving a happy bittersweet feeling.
Man it was super cool indeed and the highlight of the video for sure.
Needless to say, the songs for the fights shown in the video are aptly compatible. They just make a lot of sense. Knight's theme with the death egg robot made a modern reintroduction look too easy. Perfect.

Undefeatable thematically fits with how Perfect Chaos destroyed the entire city and made things hopeless, then Sonic goes Super as a show of him never giving up and being a miracle.
Then the moment becomes funny when Sonic just says "Hey, i'll play with you some other time!"

It's funny to listening Find your Flame in the game where there are a other song with Tyler Smyth 😂. We can clearly see the similarity between the theme of Infinite and Find your Flame.

From 5:58 onwards, I just absolutely love how the climax of the fight is synced to the climax of the song!! Perfect Dark Gaia is completely my favourite boss fight and Break Through It All is a newfound favourite track of mine. The combination of the two is just brilliant!! ❤️🔥

Undefeatable fits perfect chaos like a glove. Wyvern just did not work well with Dark Gaia, Find Your Flame could have worked with the Death Egg Robot had it been handled a little differently. What you went for was still enjoyable though. And holy crap. Bold move with Biohazard. Not only was that brute forced to work, but that fit the whole Shadow "Dying" part of the fight and really hammered it in.

Fun fact: in both versions of unleashed you can lose rings by taking damage as super sonic in both of the perfect dark gaia fight.
