Just so all the current virgins here can know, I did not lose my virginity until I was 21. Waiting was definitely worth it to me. The kicker was that I had a boyfriend for 5 years, and I even lived with him for 2 of those years while remaining a virgin. Contrary to what people said to me about it, it wasn't difficult. Just so all the current virgins here can know, I did not lose my virginity until I was 21. Waiting was definitely worth it to me. The kicker was that I had a boyfriend for 5 years, and I even lived with him for 2 of those years while remaining a virgin. Contrary to what people said to me about it, it wasn't difficult. I didn't have to fight with him about it - he understood, didn't cheat, and saved his virginity as well. It was't for religions reasons, I should mention.
