Form check submissions are ALWAYS open. I typically pick the videos I'm going to use by Wednesday of the week the video gets released. Videos received after that will get rolled into the following week's video. Send all submissions to media@barbellmedicine.com
Jordan, thanks so much for the commentary! I can't wait to implement the advice and send in a new video. I appreciate your time. P.S. - lil pupper was wearing an inflatable cone collar while recovering from surgery, although it sure didn't last long!
As someone who is working on a DPT degree, this kind of video is actually really helpful because we get to see a lot of different lifts and can get some clues of things to look out for. Thank you for the video!
Love this content. I view you guys as movement nihilists (kidding) so it’s cool to see tips on technique. Also, I got a V shred ad while watching this. Lmao y’all should make a video about that. Hehehe P.S. competing for my first time 11/11, running a BBM template and representing with the BBM singlet. Woohooo!!!!
Could you recommend some training/exercises in shoulder posterior instability? No pain, 4 weeks, back to controlled strength training, no surgery indicactions ATM
Doctor, Competitive Lifter, 15 year strength coach...but where does he stand in the doctor handsomeness scale? I know Dr. Baraki is the 2nd most handsome doctor (and also the most pedantic), but then Dr. Feigenbaum has been self-depricating on occasion. Please help us answer these difficult questions.
To your questions. Yes. Not necessarily- though many people think so and it seems to be good for the algorithm. Unfortunately, there is no lifting residency, but I have been coaching and competing for a very long time. Check out the video, you might like it!

More training and full days of eating please. Doesn't matter even if you've been eating the same thing for the last 10 years.
"Form-Check Feignebaum!!!" Hell yeah!
Thank you for the insights Jordan. Appreciate it.
- The name is Rasmus Sjøgren BTW 😁 my bad.
Hey Jordan, any video from you is always appreciated! I might make a submission soon too.

Thanks Jordan! I will get the front oblique 45 angle next time. 6 months post bicep reattachment this coming week. -Brian

For the algorithm
Commenting for algorithmic purposes. Ps. Where cinnamon bun??
Next time, with cinnamon roll!
These were overdue..
Are you working as a doctor? Does being a doctor qualify you to talk about lifting. Maybe you took a residency in lifting - hmm mysterious
???
