    New Sub. I don't know what or where to begin to find the truth about my career earnings. I pray for any information of parents who keep their child's earnings AND any information on stocks, shares, accounts in their child's name. I'm very grateful for your channel to appear in the video suggestions. Idk if it's different how to begin to find out, if there's a difference between Canada and u.s procedures, and yes: the difference between being a spouse and a Child lol.
    Prayers for All. Thank You again.

    What tools do you offer that the average person can use to get organized and collect publicly accessible info on our own if we’re trying to save money and time before we come to use your services. I remember another video where you touched upon saying you had a step-by-step plan for your customers or potential customers that they can use to gather certain info on our own to help speed up the process and make it little easier and more organized when we come to you. ? Any links on line or spread sheets we can print out to know what questions to ask our lawyers to subpoena or request so we have the right info to bring to you ?

    I'm in the process of a divorce now. I noticed a number of substantial etransfers every month. It turns out he is sending it to his girlfriend's "company'. DO you find the majority of these sneaky tricks are committed by men over women?

    • @WorkmanForensics
      @WorkmanForensics  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We haven't found a gender correlation with hiding assets in divorce but, more often than not, it is the spouse who controls the finances for the marriage.

      @@dariawanderlust1956 I did all of the 'forensic' work myself (with a trusted smart friend) and I was told by my lawyer that it still was not "proof' because my friend didn't have the "title". The mediator recommended a forensic accountant, and I went to her saying I want just "the basic", which was what he was making. I gave her all of the organized information I had and she came to the same numbers I did.

    It seems men marry for love and women marry for money. It's gotten to the stage where 50% of first marriages end in divorce and 70% of second marriages end in divorce. Anything after a second marriage, just a flat no, why waste your time (and money). So if a marriage is going to end in divorce, why get married in the first place? Do you enjoy the pain? Do you like to give lawyers your hard earned money? Do you want to financially support a woman (or man) you hate for the rest of your days?
    So sad that children are brought into this world to deal with the trauma of parents divorcing and then having to listen to them fighting about custody and fighting about money and being shuffled from one place to the next.
    I don't know why YT decided this video should pop up into my feed, but I now see there are masses of videos about hiding assets and tracking down assets. If only couples would put in as much effort into their marriages that they put into trying to get a financial advantage over the other person.
    Make sure you get that pre-nup in place listing everything you bring into the marriage (asests and liabilities), gifts and inherintences, and only marry someone who has the same level of assets and income that you have. No broke arse women with four kids and seven credits cards to feed. Carefully examine her spending habits, is she a saver or a spender? Does she live on credit and expects the man to pay for everything? Is she selfish? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, run!!

      Or don’t marriage trap a woman then discard when you find new supply loser. Wash your clothes, cook your own food, don’t drag a child into this world when you’re emotionally unavailable busy playing games with other youngsters while abandoning your own for your own selfish ego.

      Because often, they sacrifice their own desires to please the partner. Both male and female. Move to another state for spouse opportunity, leaving behind the niche they already had built. Staying home raising children. Putting other spouse through school, etc. Being controlled by a narcissistic partner. Many reasons. Some not though. Every case is different.
