Why your Microsoft Word page breaks are in weird places

If you've got a Word document that inexplicably has a huge white space at the bottom of a page, and you can't get the text on the following page to "pull up" onto the previous page, chances are some form of block protection is turned on. Here's what that means, and how to fix it.
