Everytime he goes on these, it's so clear he's just wanting to convince the audience destiny = bad/spiteful/obsessed and wants to portray himself as intelligent, principled, and unbothered. Zero honest engagement or good faith ever
People get aggravated with Destiny and turn into inarticulate children because he knows how to push their buttons, and when confronted, time and time again it turns out they mostly agree with him and just didn't like his optics or tone, but people online have to be RIGHT so it has to be about more than just making them feel bad so they all dig around and pull up the same vague criticisms about him being spiteful or a debate bro or taking it even a level lower attacking his personal life. In reality, it's perfectly fine to not like Destiny just because he is mean. There are plenty of people I don't watch just because their personality rubs me the wrong way and nothing deeper than that, but Vaush can't really go that route, can he? Because at the end of the day he isn't presenting an alternative to Destiny. He's not more compassionate or kind or empathetic, he's literally just Destiny with a socialist aesthetic and a bigger vocabulary.

You can tell by their takes in general. Who is the individual with evidenced history of working a low skill labor job, on the ground experience activism, having a fucking child he takes care of, owning and moving through business management, actual school drop out, moving cross country multiple times, has handful of intimate relationships (sometimes simultaneously), experimental with drugs etc.. Like Destiny is probably the most overtly life experienced political content creator and from where everyone is sitting, Vaush comes off as a basement dwelling digital socialite projecting his terminally online-ness on people with actual lives. Also, MOST people in America ARE CENTRISTS. If Vaush took one foot outside and stopped looking at biased polls and echo chambers, he would realize that working people have to wrestle with benefits from both sides of the political isle to barter for things that tangibly benefit them now and later.
