- In the previous video, we discussed first three of seven lies the enemy wants God's people to believe. In this video, we pick up with lies 4, 5, 6 and 7. We are able to get a solid idea of his plan by analyzing the activity of the enemy and looking at his patterns in scripture. The Bible says that we should not be ignorant of his devices. This video just opened my eyes. I just laughed out of pure joy. Since the last one or two weeks I was begining to doubt myself. Every action I took just me more disappointed in myself and I just felt like giving up. But this...right now..."It is impossible for you to disappoint God." It just "cracked" me right open. The "displease but never disappoint" part made me smile also. It made me realize that God does love me regardless and that will NEVER change. The devil has really been twiating my mind and putting me through the ringer these last couple of years and today, this video has encouraged me to change my thinking and to REALLY and TRULY rely on God for strength.

There's a few passages that help us discern which is from God and which is from the devil.
"I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."
John 10:9-10
"You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. *_He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."_*
John 8:44
"Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast."

Hypocrisy and fallacy abound. You don’t get to tell me how to talk shithead.
When we sin, no matter how often or how much we must repent.
You can become extremely legalistic with that line of reasoning. We have over 70,000 thoughts PER DAY! I can guarantee you that many of them are sinful in ways we don’t even recognize. Anything that isn’t of faith is a sin. If our thoughts aren’t completely in line with God’s word and will they are sinful. Then there are sins of commission and omission. If you do something God has commanded us to not do you are sinning but likewise if you DON’T do something that God is telling you to do it’s a sin of omission. Do you witness to everyone? Give to everyone who asks of you? And on top of that do you even recognize and remember these things? Do you see what I’m getting at? So yes, it’s important to repent for the sin you realize you’ve done but this is NOT something that determines your salvation. God doesn’t want us frantically trying to remember everything we’ve done wrong so we repent of it. On the contrary, Jesus said his yoke is easy and his burden light and that he gives REST unto our souls...not further fear of condemnation for unrepented sin.

I have lived through the lie that I wasn't worthy anymore to serve and worship God, as a result my life spiraled into more sin until it seemed almost impossible to be restored. (The last state was worse, I had seven more demons to contend with). I found myself doing things I said I would never do, all because I believed that I wasn't worthy anymore.... BUT GOD!!!! God showed me a level of grace and mercy I had never known although I had been saved for several years. And that is what brought me closer to him and now I live a life to please God. And when I mess up I immediately run and repent and cry out for forgiveness because I know as a good Father he is waiting with open arms to forgive. @@sidepot I was referring to Matthew 12:43-45 where it states when an unclean spirit leaves a person looking for dry places and finds none, then comes back and finds its house empty (I was empty because I had stopped praying, stopped reading my Bible, stopped believing that God loved me) Jesus said not only does the demon come back, but it brings seven other spirits more wicked... When I was saved I was delivered from so many demonic influences, this is how I know.

I don’t believe any of that nonsense. I can only conclude that you thought you had demons inside of you and you read that verse with such conviction that you really believed you had more demons. There’s no way you could determine if you had 6 or 16 demons. Or even two. Only in your own mind does this bullshit take place.
This concept of demon possession has its roots in superstition and these bronzed age writings. Many times people had mental illness and Christians believed these people were possessed.
People also believed that when a volcano erupted it meant that god or the gods were angry. Thunder was god speaking and all kinds of other ridiculous beliefs.
Just like at bible school as kids when one boy read about committing a sin against the Holy Spirit and how it couldn’t ever be forgiven. He actually started to believe he had done this thing and thought he was going to hell. Completely psychosomatic effect. He would have never imagined such a thing on his own. It was all the fear and how he was told he was unworthy that he then began to think this was his gravest error. It’s no different with you. You believe you had 8 demons because that is what you read in some stupid verse. Grow the fuck up.

The last one was a reality for me; over 3 years ago, I was unemployed for months, had no money, felt like no one wanted me or that had no reason to continue living. However, God then and still is orchestrating behind the scenes and looking back now taking my life would have been a huge mistake but also a waste considering all the amazing things he has done, doing and will do in my life.
