i found that I have to keep opening the command prompt. if I close it, I cannot connect to the internet. I think every time I switch on my PC, I have to setup the command prompt again, right?

It only works after a long trial and error. And only on "Speedtest of Ookla" everything other will be transferred ofer one and every time the same connection. And it´s limiting itself to 100mbit/s, splitting everytime 60/40, 50/50, 70/30 and so on..(thats slower than one connetion). any help ?
