I like the multicolored tools, but every time I use it I also get the barfy, poopy, or moldy result somewhere. Still fun, though.

pro tip from my childhood: you can warm up the broken piece over a lighter and stick it right back!

That thing where they have an adult draw "children's" art in movies is a pet peeve of mine. Just give a kid $10 and tell them what to draw. But also these crayon drawings really remind me of picture book illustrations.
Like imagine how pumped a kid would be to have their drawing in a movie
I think they can't use real kids' drawings for legal reasons or something?
@@cheesegavioli I can't find anything with a quick search, but it seems like that would be a weird stipulation when kids themselves can act in movies.
@@cheesegavioli if the Guardian/parent sign off on it then there is no issue (unless they are forcing the minor/child but that’s completely different)
If a kid makes music, acts, etc. people can’t take it unless a the Guardian approves so they can’t just take random google images but if you’re kid draws it and you put it in it’s fine

Every time a crayon breaks and she tries to use the tips reminds me when I was in 3rd grade studying for a test and my led pencil broke and I grabbed the led and wrote with it because I had NO other pens or pencils.
I felt that.

7:30 one of my favorite parts of Kasey’s art is how it looks professionally childlike. It reminds me of children’s books and illustrations. I love her style!
I love how the paper on the crayons is all the colors that are in the crayon it's self.
A lot of the time artist tend to doubt themselves or put themselves down while drawing. And as an artist, I get that because things can get frustrating.
But to see you so happy and enjoying the process of working with these crayons makes these videos so charming. Love it!

I saw the multicolored ones, but never quite liked them, but knowing there's ones with specific color combinations (especially the green, blue and purple) it's so cool and I want them now
This really helped me feel better after my grandpa getting covid and my great aunt dying, thank you Kasey.

i LOVE crayons!! one of my favorite things to do with them is to like take my nail or a card or something and kind of scratch off the top waxy layer sometimes if i want it to be a very nice gradient or a lighter/pastel version. idk it like, really smooths things out without taking away the very obviously crayon bit

I've been getting back into art the last few years & this year I've really been wanting to play with crayons. I have really bad sciatica in my back and a couple of times I've been laid up in bed for weeks and I've been craving crayons & coloring books to keep away the boredom. Maybe being sick in bed is reminding of being a kid even though I'm 48. I've been trying to get confetti colored pencils & crayons when I could and I've got these and have the big chunky crayons from your previous videos on my list to get as well as a few other sets. I'm hoping they'll be fun in coloring books for large areas, like the sky & foliage, and I think you've proven that's so. Thanks for showing how breakable these can be too... I'll make sure to use a lighter hand. I hope to see more videos in the future with confetti art supplies.

I loved this video hun. The crayons look super fun. Crayola Twistable Crayons have a set of multi coloured craumyons too and they're great to sharpen into a point so you get more control with them 😊 I would love to try these though. Thank you for another fun and fabulous video. Hugs xx❤️

The cat in all the illustrations reminds me of Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service. This is what he does in his spare time when Kiki's off delivering packages.

I love all three illustrations and those crayons seem so cool and so much more usable than the other ones. Specifically the orange, blue and purple are beautiful
Fun suggestion, experimenting with sgraffito technique with crayons. I have done it before and it a lot of fun putting down a lighter color a darker color over then scraping away at the darker color to reveal the light color. It gives you more control of highlights, it looks super cool!
I would love to see those colors melted and turn into a new color each and you using it!
Your simple art style lends itself so well to crayons. All of your illustrations are adorable and I love the random variations in colour. So fun and inspiring 🥰
They make me think of those multicoloured let pencils... though they are gimmicky in themselves, I find them fun to use for sketching from time to time, especially since I tend to stick with graphite and hardly any colours. Now those crayons... would be fun to use as well and experiment with.

Oh my gosh!!! Thank you for finally brushing away the crayon bits on camera! It was like I had an itch that I could not possibly scratch. Only you could. But you refused to do it. And then FINALLY you did it!!! And it was so satisfying and stress relieving!! LoL 😆😆
You colorín that first tree was like ASMR for my eyes! So so satisfying!!
i own a few multicoloured pencils of the wackier variety, and the one thing i love is evenly and steadily covering a large surface. the colours flow from one to another without mixing too much and make vibrant, smooth gradients that i like a lot.
I would love to use these in a coloring book see how it goes

This makes me want to take my old crayon bits and make combo crayons. Trying new things always feels like pioneering creativity....even if 5000 people have done it before. Its that kidlike wonder at the world I think. Every new patch of grass is an adventure

Hey Kasey! Here's a little life hack! If you don't like the wax and fallout, what you can do is take a something that you can scrape off the top layer of wax off and it leaves the pigment on the paper! I'd suggest a wax scratcher or a scraper!
Can you make a certain animal based on foods around the world? So like: Australia, America, Uk, Indonesia, India, Ireland, France, etc?
