I will soon go to my first promotion board (E-5) however English is my second language and sometimes there are words that are very hard for me to pronunciation, and it afraid me because I fill I wont be coalified. I been watching all your videos there are very helpful but, also I been reading the regulations any advice you can give me. I don't want to mess this board it is very important for me to pass it.

How often do you recommend to go back to check if regs have been updated? Do you check regularly or just like I de a year? I don’t want to be the kind of guy who makes a correction based off of old regs if you understand what I mean.
hmmmm - TBH, I don't until there's an issue, question, or concern. Normally, I'll hear about major changes through news releases and emails.
