In the webcomic, bang when fighting rover with bomb and Genos states that rover is the monster associations “strongest pawn”. Garou earlier was able to one shot rover (confirmed by Gyoro). Darkshine is then able to one shot a stronger version of garou (garou then evolves and becomes stronger than darkshine obv). This means that darkshine is multiple one shot levels above bang. “But the abandonment” you may say. Well, remember how bang called rover the strongest pawn? He made no sick comment to any of the other cadres, which means he still views rover as above them. And since ff and darkshine have very similar feats against garou, I’d say they are relative. Meaning sonic should beat bang with little to no difficulty. As for Genos, his only really scaling is when he was able to somewhat contend with flashy flash outside of saitamas house. If you believe that flashy was going all out, then yeah, he would beat sonic. If not, then we have no real scaling for genos, as the dragons he defeated also have no scaling outside of being dragons, which means very little empirically.
