    It's all nice, when you listen to it for 10 mins. I had one and for longer rides you need ear plugs, it's so damn loud, especially without db killer, trust me, you can reduce the volume on your PC, you cannot do that when riding the bike.

    • @agmotorcycles3458

      Hi, this is a euro4 engine. I cannot tell the difference between euro4 and euro5 engine sound. Also if you buy a aftermarket exhuast the sound will be absolutely different.

      @@agmotorcycles3458 I intend to buy full akrapovic (like on xtribute) and have db killers removed. Hope it will sound like this. It's sick. 👍

    • @agmotorcycles3458
      @agmotorcycles3458  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, only the process of removing DB killer, can be litle pain. It needs some love from drill and maybe a bearing puller can help a lot. But the engine is same architecture so the sound should be similiar and without DB killer loud as hell.
      Have a safe ride.

      @@agmotorcycles3458 Ok, this will be done by professionals at yamaha service as the owner is also official distributor of akrapovic. I've seen videos of how it's done, very delicate job indeed. I was advised to break-in engine for first 1000 km on stock exhaust. Any tips on that? How to do it properly? (This is my first new motorcycle)

      @@fabianz6336 he's supposed to not using until 5th gear because the rpm is too low.
      100kph for 700cc bike in 3rd gear is enough for a chill ride. unless you ride a small bike, on 80kph you must use 5th gear or even 6th to reduce the noise

    • @agmotorcycles3458
      @agmotorcycles3458  3 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      @JohnSky Motovlog
      Sorry but there is absolutely no point of reving the bike when you are travaling at constat speed. This CP2 has no problem of traveling with constat speed at 60KM/H in 5th gear. Sure if you need to acceleate quicker, you need to downshift to lower gear. The idling speed is 1300rpm so if you are crusing at 2500 the engine isnt under revving. Again this is applicable only if the bike is traveling at constat speed on flat road and there is no need of quick accelaration.

      @@agmotorcycles3458 actually it does if you dont want carbon deposits to kill your engine early.
