Within 5 minutes I got instantly warm all over... after I was finished I continued to meditate and got into a tranquil state of one with everything, which I have been able to do in the past but not for a very long time.

I just woke up...I put this one around 5pm and it's 7pm, this really relaxed me, I went into a deep sleep...it was amazing...my sleep was so deep I awaken and didn't know how long I sleep, totally a sound for people that have a hard time sleeping...I recommend this for total relaxation...thank you peace, love and light from far away in the island of Puerto Rico.

I bought the sonicslider and attachments and let me say, using it on my body and face feels amazing. My thyroid is sluggish, after two times on holding it on my neck and striking it 4-5 times, I woke to feeling like my throat did not have something stuck in it.

Got very bad vertigo tinnitus anxiety and dizziness. I'm trying anything. Doctors can't find a way to calm me. Understand I must do that but no idea what happened to my mind after 57. Had every test, scan normal. I'll try this.

I was randomly filled with serious rage and impatience while trying to settle down for bed. Nothing specific triggering it... Just all the little stuff finally coming together and boiling over.
I tried searching for any release rage or anger sleep hypnosis on youtube, and they all just ticked me off more.
Then I remembered tuning forks and coming across this one a while back. Easily refound it, thank goodness, and from the first strike, could feel this tight ball of rage, frustration and impatience begin to dissipate.

I type this comment with numb fingers, the tips of my fingers went numb as if I had tied an elastic band around the tips cutting of the circulation, while listening with earphones in, it made my mind relax and it almost felt as if parts of it somehow had been fed for the first time in years, it was an extremely strange experience, I believe I fell asleep, but woke the second the video finished.relaxed but confused.

I found this video looking for how to use my own tuning fork, as I could feel it affecting my body. I hoped this was instructional but to my happy surprise, it really helped me. My circulation first thing I noticed. My feet always cold and they are so toasty now (hands too). The ringing in my ears ceased, although static still there. I was in intense pain that radiated down my legs. The radiating pain ceased. I need to learn more about tjis, any recvommendations?
