Solfeggio: A collection of six specific tones, believed by some, to have both spiritual, and healing properties.
These unusual frequencies are not based on the traditional Western music scale. They're derived from the ancient Gregorian chants and are often used in alternative medicine practices, particularly, in the field of sound healing.
The solfeggio scale consists of the following frequencies:
396 Hz - Liberating Guilt and Fear
417 Hz - Removing Negative Energy and Facilitating Change
528 Hz - Transformation and Miracles (often referred to as the "Love Frequency")
639 Hz - Connection and Relationships
741 Hz - Expression and Solutions

I don’t know if I’m too late • the 528 hz has been calling out to me strongly • so many signs have brought me to it 💛✨💫
I was listening to this yesterday, open palms, completly full of peace and Bliss ❤. My cats came snuggeling and then my 11 yo son came in quietly, lay down and listened. Then he said
"This music does something strange to my brain"
"Good strange or bad strange?"
"Good strange, Mama"
"Beautiful, thats how it should be "
I looked at him and tears came flowing out of his eyes, but he didnt sob or anything.
"Darling, are those tears feeling good or bad?"
"They are good tears"
He hugged me and told me he loved me so much he doesnt have words.
I held him, felt my love and energy flowing through my palms, felt so bonded to him and told him he is loved endlessly and he said "I can feel it Mama, I know, thank you"

Ive been struggling so much with incessant, intrusive thoughts and this gets into my brain and really helps to stop them. It almost feels like a release of endorphins. I'm suffering deeply, on multiple levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I've been through hell and at this point i'm just a shell of myself.
I woke up feeling so drained and just dead inside, on top of worry and fear for so many things going wrong, including my health.

Been there due to violent abuses now I am feeling at my best eventho i dont have anything... just keep vibrating higher and higher and never stop.. everyday when you wake up, show gratitude to everything no matter how small..for the eyes to see colours..the ears to listen to ur son's laughter ..the tea or coffee you drink each morning.. DANCE - put ur fav song out loud for hours or motivational videos, imagine ur best reality and desires and dance away.. also dont forget to detox ur body,mind n soul. Stop consuming any kind of negativity and only accept positivity - good food, good friend, good information/social feeds, uplifting songs, pretty clothes, rearrange n cleanse ur environment, house, throw away anything that associate w the traumas, start talking nicely to urself (self love) say i love myself, i am strong, etc etc eventho you dont feel like it.. took me only 3 months to go from 0 to 100 in terms of emotional stability. You can do it.. believe first then miracle will come ur way. Have faith.. actually the miracle is already there..its within you because you are the miracle. You are the HERO you need. You only have to find ways to be able to see it. Keep asking for it.

i an a trauma counceller ..and also experienced exactly what your going through. fr. i called an ambulance so i could keep going and NOt give up.
please- a spirit has sent me here, to tell you this. god/ the universe/ whatever..
call a trauma hotline first. or any sort of 24 hour service for mental health. reach out locally.
do this for your child. because your child is what makes you strong enough.
this is facts. you are a warrior in spirit. and im talking as a professional..not a hippie.

Please look into LOW DOSE NALTREXONE, dosage 4 5mg. Not all doctors know about it or are allowed to prescribe it. The doctor that I found is in Michigan, Dr. Zalzala. I have osteoporosis in my back but no pain and it also helps with the autoimmune problems. Pubmed has studies on it.
