Takes me back. 1988 Camp Lejeune. Shaking legs climbing a pole for the first time. Before long, you're as comfortable up there as you are on the ground. Elite looks like an outstanding course, Sir.
I have been in the field for almost 3 years and done my fair share of climbing on storm. I have the opportunity to go to the ALBAT apprenticeship but I would have to go through their climbing school. Every thing I read says it’s like hell week for lineman. I would like to know the best boots and the most comfortable climber pads to make a grueling climbing class a little easier.
It seems like that all leather pad with the straps around the back would create hotspots after a while. Just wanted to clarify that I did watch the video and your recommendations as far as what the guys get in that school. Also asking for specifics on the boots. Hoffman makes a few different pairs that look similar
Hi I’m a freshman at highschool when I graduate I’m coming down to Georgia for your camp and I was wondering if you keep all the equipment after you finish
You'll be taught what you need to know. No lineman school can teach you everything, but we can confidently say that after attending Elite you'll leave with a solid foundation of knowledge to get started with.
