The way she performs all of her answers to the "audience" is bizarre. Everyone else I have seen on the stand, in this case and others, always answers facing the person asking the question. The jury can hear and see her regardless of where she is facing. It's so performative.

As a guy that is dealing with mental and physical abuse from their spouse I can say that Ms heard is acting EXACTLY the way my wife is. I have videos of the abuse on my TH-cam page that are set to private that display the exact type of behavior as Ms heard. That’s all the evidence I need to know that proves to me that he is the victim. I hope this case opens the eyes to everyone that abuse doesn’t just come from men. Women are just as capable as men of being monsters. This case has given me hope that one day, a jury of my peers, will see through the lies and manipulation and I will be seen for the person I really am. A guy who still tried to make it work, even though I was set up for failure. I know I am not alone now.

The Courts do not always protect the innocent and vulnerable, especially men when they are accused of violence, and treated as guilty and have to prove their innocence, rather than innocent until proven guilty. You could see after the day was over and court was letting out that Johnny was sad. This is what happens when an abused person realizes the person he loved had every intention of humiliating him. Sometimes hearing it from the outside brings it all home. I feel so bad for him. Hurts my heart.

The biggest giveaway of her guilt is her mood and tone now she is being cross examined. All the fake emotion and crocidle tears have gone, as she tries to make her lies sound convincing and not trip herself up. She is no longer 'acting' like a victim. She claimed in her testimony that she did not take photos thought this relationship in advance because that would be ridiculous. She had taken so many photos of Johnny Apparently drunk or high. And lines of cocaine ect. But she took barely any photos of injuries. This makes absolutely no sense. And nodding off means taking asleep, not high on drugs

I am.still flabbergasted thst with courts complaining about how expensive cases are and how little time is availble to courts to get through their case loads this ever got to trial.
I find it really hard to believe that either in the UK or in this court HER lawyers weren't ordered to give him his money back, put a court order in.for her to follow the terms of her own TRO indefinitely and HE told to press charges for assault by her.
As a judge I would also see if i could order the Washington Post to publish a full page apology from.her paid for by the Washington Post and advise the relevant government authorities to remove non-profit status from the ACLU.

If I remember correctly it’s to try and create a sense of empathy from the jury. Jodi Arias did the same thing during her trial, and she ended up being convicted for murder, so my guess is that Amber’s tactics of making eye contact with the jury are not going to go as well as she’d like to.
