Thanks to Jan for this interview, very insightful!
Thanks for watching!!
In the future Heinrich- your camera is too far away or your lens is too wide for the couch shot. Feels like you guys are very small and is distracting. However, the content was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed.
Super happy to hear you enjoy the content - appreciate the comment! Also thanks for your feedback regarding camera angles, will keep this in mind for future videos!! Best, Heinrich
@@FirmLearning Not a problem - the alternating shots are excellent - just the wide angle with the table in front made it hard to focus as a viewer. See you next time!
I find it interesting to see people who just finished school giving people advice on leadership 😅 the worst part is that they do this with confidence and a strong dose of dunning kruger
Not sure I fully understand the comment - agree that experience is important to give advice. Thanks for watching! Best, Heinrich
Leadership skills can feel daunting as a young professional, so practical advice is invaluable.
Great interview
Thanks for watching Arindam, happy to hear you liked it! Best, Heinrich

Heinrich!
Hey man!! Thanks for watching :)
Don’t waste your life on consulting…it is all nonsense
Sorry to hear that this is your experience. Definitely enjoyed my time in consulting.
Typical consultants: didn’t understand the ask and started giving advice. Most of what was said is hardly applicable to juniors nor was there delineation between roles. Surprisingly unstructured presentation.
Sorry to hear you did not find it helpful. Still thanks for watching!
@@FirmLearning i liked your other videos tho :)
