Holy crap! I love these stories and how low key connected they are to others, even if just through a concept. Everything is disguised, telling you what it is, not what could be. The Shadow Wall is represented through all the showy details to hide the real thing. A beautifying filter. And what's more is that the end of the video kind revolves back to the concept and design of Haven. That the Shadow Empire was a veil in front of the Wasteland Monarchy. It's interesting to see and makes you think deep about the world we know, and what it even is. Sorry for my epically boring rants, just analyzing this like I do everything.
Kamelot is my favourite band with amazing atmospheric metal music that I think is gentle to many ears. As many could say that they sound mainstream, I don't understand why they generally have so little recognition. Everything they do is state of the art. Best male voice, theatrical way of singing that I love, amazing videos and the acting is very top. This amazing signer along with Yiannis Papadopoulos are by far my favourite vocalists.
Not only is it a good song, but it's a cool concept, too. I've typically seen power metal bands do the high fantasy stuff, so the cyberpunk/dystopian theme is interesting. Not that I have anything against high fantasy, I like it a lot, but it's nice seeing other themes as well.
True even kamelot did fantasy stuff, especially with Haven. It was an amazing album, but it's always fantasy settings when it comes to power metal or symphonic metal even. It's a nice change. And with cyberpunk 2077 coming out in April, me being super hyped for it, this album is my current obsession let lol

To be honest ... the sound of this song was the biggest surprise for me on the album - in a very positive way. I'd love to see this path kept up with some electronic, futuristic elements paired with the symphonic Kamelot-sound. This is really exciting and special!
This decent, spicy usage of electric elements is really Kamelot 2.0 ... I love this band, but this song one was one of the biggest postive surprises in a bunch of years for me! More of that!

Agree. Regular power metal is a bit less progressive and with a quite distinctive melody that to me, bores sometimes. Kamelot is on a different level.
