so i am thinking of a tw200 - and i am willing to go a little further - so a lowered 350ex or this LS.....i was stoked u picked one up and talked about the confidence and fun that brings....then you dropped a big bike and thankfully only got a little hurt.....i thought, "cool he's fine the LS will seem even better".....nope went out and got the tallest model 300 they make. you gotta walk us through thought process here. as you know seat height is a big deal and not so many choices. to see you just walk away from it....why? tx and heal up.
I have to say my dual sport with a seat concepts seat is actually more comfortable to sit on than my adv bike. The extra height means my legs aren't nearly as bent. That said, the adv bike does cruise better on the highway of course.
I had an open compound fracture in my lower extreme leg in 1983. My mmistake was to get I the car with 16 years old who on the same day got his license and he was showing off his father’s convertible sport car. His father were in the Navy as well as my father. He doesn’t know how to shift manual transmission. I was teaching him how to shift. Later he ran through the stop sign and I was t-boned on my side.I had all of my ribs broken and broken leg and I was induced into coma for 8 weeks. Right now I preferred to ride in observed trials. Do I have fear? Yeah all the time. I do have ptsd daily.
What I mean is that I broke Tibia and Fibula. It is still broken. I make sure I don’t go crazy on motorcycle. I like riding trials because it’s slow and easy to balance.
