It's normal human reaction to perceived danger. Your partner could jump out from behind a sofa, or if someone is round a corner that you don't expect to be we all jump, some people are just screamers. I'm not personally, doesn't mean I'm braver I just have a different reaction.
While I do believe Waverly is very haunted , I visited a " bucket list" as I have always wanted to visit , my dad being from Louisville, I found no evil there, during the day it is a cheery old building , at night it turns, like haunted really haunted, no evil , just spirits once people, cut down in their prime, the nurse, story has it she most likely contracted the disease, NOT KILLED by a doctor... I met the Matinglys awesome friendly people , I love what they are doing saving this huge piece of History , I will go back one day .. I really believe what doctors and nurses did here was truly a monumental task, and more good came this experimental institution than bad , people with this disease DID survive, with the help with the medical staff here ...
Gina Diefenbach I remember seeing the couple and their teenage daughter on the TV series called, "Scariest Places on Earth!" The series was hosted by Linda Blair and it first premiered on the ABC Family Channel. I ❤ "Scariest Places on Earth!" It was a terrific and a fairly original TV series; It was also pretty frightening! It DEFINITELY creeped me out at night. Whenever I watched it at night, I could never fall sleep when I was done watching it. I wish they never cancelled it! 😱👻😈😱👻😈
I live near Waverly and in high school we all use to sneak up there every weekend before the new owners bought it. When driving down the road you can see the tower at the top thru the trees

I used to watch Most Haunted years and years ago on a Friday night in the dark, scaring myself to death! They were the very first to do the ghost bit on TV. Waverly Hills is a genuinely haunted place though. I believe they for sure saw something as everyone does here.

Absolutely nothing of a paranormal nature happens. The only thing that makes this worth watching is the place itself which is formidable and awe-inspiring.
Why won't no one put in a Christian church chapel, and a homeless shelter in this huge building if God spirit is there then all demons will leave if I had money I buy it and turn it into a place for Jesus Christ
